Kim Kardashian Robbery Turns X-Rated? Rumors Of A Sex Tape Leak Are Swirling

Kim Kardashian was targeted by robbers early on Monday morning, and as she recovers from the traumatic event with her family and friends in New York City, rumors are now suggesting that the reality star and mother of two may soon be faced with a sex tape scandal.

After losing more than $10 million in jewelry, Kim Kardashian is said to be bracing for a massive extortion plot due to the possible content contained on the cell phones stolen from her Paris apartment.

“Aside from tons of nude and explicit content featuring her and Kanye, the stolen phones also have so much information on all of [Kim Kardashian’s] family members,” a source told Radar Online on October 4. “They are all really freaking out because Kim’s phones had all of their personal info, such as phone numbers, email addresses, schedules, production dates, and much more!”

Following Kim Kardashian’s terrifying ordeal in Paris, her mother, Kris Jenner, is “forcing all of her daughters to take immediate action,” the outlet reported, noting that production on their reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, has been placed on hiatus as authorities continue their manhunt for the men involved in the robbery.

“Kris has halted production while the family figures out how to rearrange all of their schedules so that their itineraries and schedules do not match what [Kim Kardashian] had on her phone,” the insider said.

As the insider explained, Kim Kardashian’s siblings, including Rob Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner, have not only changed their cell phone numbers but also their email addresses, passwords, and everything else that is linked to their cell phones.

Kim Kardashian was made famous by the release of her first sex tape with rapper Ray J, her ex-boyfriend, which was purchased and distributed by Vivid Entertainment. As Business Insider reported in 2014, the video, which was made in 2003 and released in 2007, is the highest-selling sex tape of all time and continues to generate income for both Kim Kardashian and Ray J.

While a follow-up film by Kim Kardashian has been discussed before, she has yet to take up any offers from Vivid Entertainment or any other outlets. That said, the founder of Vivid Entertainment recently spoke to Radar Online regarding the possibility of a future film featuring Kim Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West.

“A Kim/Kanye tape would be worth $25 million, at bare minimum,” Steve Hirsch told the outlet earlier this year. “Any of the sisters’ tapes would be huge blockbusters… Instant bestsellers due to the huge interest in their lives. How much we would pay depends on what they would be willing to do in the movie and several other factors.”

According to another report, a major part of the fallout from her robbery for Kim Kardashian is the potential leaks that may follow the incident.

“She is reeling from the trauma of what she went through, but much of the terror and shock she is still suffering is due to the real fear that pictures and videos on her two pinched mobile phones leak online,” a source told the Sun.

Thus far, the men behind the shocking robbery of Kim Kardashian have not been found and there doesn’t appear to be any leads at this stage in the investigation.

Kim Kardashian and her family will return to the E! Network for the remaining episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 12 on October 23 at 9 p.m.
