How Does Paris Hilton Feel About Donald Trump, The Sex Tape Fan Who Employed Her When She Was Underage?

Paris Hilton’s 2004 sex tape, 1 Night in Paris, recently became a hot topic once again thanks to Donald Trump’s decision to tell his Twitter followers to watch a different sex tape. The world is now aware that Trump is a “YUUUGE” fan of Paris, but does the heiress reciprocate the GOP presidential nominee’s admiration?

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the media began digging up some of Donald Trump’s past statements about sex tapes after he slut-shamed former Miss Universe Alicia Machado during an early-morning Twitter rant. Trump was unhappy with Hillary Clinton for bringing up some of the cruel comments that he made about Machado’s weight, and he responded by trying to make his supporters question Machado’s character. Trump did this by tweeting that the Venezuelan beauty queen had appeared in a non-existent sex tape.

“Did Crooked Hillary help disgusting (check out sex tape and past) Alicia M become a U.S. citizen so she could use her in the debate?” Trump tweeted.

As the Daily Beast points out, Donald Trump hasn’t always believed that sex tapes are deserving of derision. In 2005, he told Vanity Fair that Paris Hilton’s sex tape “only made her hotter.” Trump said something similar during a 2003 Howard Stern interview, and he also revealed that he had watched Paris’ sex tape with his current wife, Melania. According to Trump, Hilton first caught his eye when she was just 12-years-old.

“I’ve known Paris Hilton from the time she’s 12, her parents are friends of mine,” Trump told Stern. “And the first time I saw her she walked into the room and I said, ‘Who the hell is that?’ At 12, I wasn’t interested…but she was beautiful.”

Donald Trump lavished more praise upon Paris during a 2006 interview with Larry King. During that interview, he claimed that he knew Paris from “when she was a little baby,” and he called her “smart like a fox” for getting paid thousands of dollars to appear at parties. Trump then proceeded to gush about how gorgeous the socialite is.

“I also happen to think that I believe she’s very beautiful. A lot of people don’t agree with me, you know. Some people say ‘Oh, she’s really not.’ I happen to think she’s very beautiful. But, Paris has done really a good job in building a brand for herself.”

As reported by Gawker, Trump told King that Paris Hilton is only as successful as she is because she has “a great look.”

“If that look weren’t there, she couldn’t do that,” Trump said. “You know look is important in life, Larry. That’s why you’re so successful. You’re a handsome man.”

Perhaps Donald has a soft spot in his heart for Paris because she once worked for him as a model. According to Forbes, she defied her parents’ wishes by becoming the first Trump Model Management model when she was just 15-years-old. Paris called Donald herself to let him know that she was interested in joining his new company.

At age 35, Paris Hilton is now a massively successful entrepreneur who has sold over $2 billion worth of fragrances, according to Broadly. She may owe some of her success to Donald Trump for hiring her when she was underage, but Paris has refused to endorse her former employer for president. When she appeared on CNBC’s Closing Bell last month, Paris explained that her mother has advised her to never “talk about money or politics.” However, she did make sure that she showered her family’s close friend with plenty of praise.

“He’s a very nice man,” Hilton said, according to Entertainment Weekly. “You know, I think on TV people like to say things about certain people, but he’s actually a very sweet person. I like him a lot.”

Paris Hilton also praised Ivanka Trump for being a “brilliant businesswoman.” However, Donald’s daughter wasn’t as kind when she was asked to share her thoughts about Paris in 2007. Ivanka called her father’s former employee nothing more than a “party kid,” and Ivanka seemingly suggested that she was working much harder for her money than the former star of The Simple Life was.

“I work 13-hour days for my money,” Ivanka said, according to TODAY. “I bought my house from my father — I have a mortgage, you know.”

However, Paris Hilton and Ivanka Trump are almost on equal footing when it comes to their earnings. Heavy reports that Ivanka has a net worth of around $150 million, and a Federalist article arguing that “Paris Hilton is better at business than Donald Trump is” estimates the heiress’ worth at around $100 million.

Donald Trump may admire Paris Hilton almost as much as he admires Ivanka, but the heiress does one thing that may make him cringe. According to Broadly, Paris uses multiple cell phones and keeps her files on a personal server, just like Hillary Clinton does.
