Why FKA Twigs Is Unworried If Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart Will Reunite For New ‘Twilight’ Film

If Robert Pattinson continues to be persistent, Twilight fans might just see a continuation of Edward and Bella’s story on the big screen. FKA Twigs won’t even be a hindrance for she will reportedly give her all-out support to her fiancé.

According to a Hollywood Life insider, Tahliah won’t be jealous if “Robsten” will indeed reunite for a new film. The songstress allegedly knows that Twilight is very close to Rob’s heart, that’s why she won’t stop him from reprising his role.

“She doesn’t feel threatened by Kristen, especially with the revelation that she is madly in love with her girlfriend,” said the insider.

The Still Alice star previously admitted her relationship with producer Alicia Cargile. Although she wants to keep her love life away from the limelight, she also does not want to give others the idea that she’s hiding her love for Alicia, who used to be her assistant. The two were initially close friends before moving on to a serious relationship.

Reports have recently emerged that the Water for Elephants actor is eager to make more Twilight movies hoping that these would reignite his career. Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-charman Patrick Wachsberger also surprised many when he said that the release of more Twilight films is a “possibility.” He said that should author Stephenie Meyer decide to tell more stories about the characters, the studio will be there for her.

However, Kristen will need a great deal of persuasion because she reportedly does not want to be associated again with the franchise. Rob’s former girlfriend does not fancy the idea because she allegedly thinks that she is now too mature to reunite with the saga. Nonetheless, some believe that she will reconsider her decision if the producers are willing to increase their offers.

Apart from feeling that she has already graduated from Twilight, another reason might be the trauma Kristen felt while filming the movies. In a recent interview with T magazine, the 26-year-old described her work for Twilight as the “worst years of her life” because she had to battle with anxiety.

She is grateful that she managed to overcome her struggles. Kristen no longer feels terrified that she’s being given much attention because of her work as an actress. She credits her struggles as the reasons behind the change.

“I do think that’s because of the storms I have weathered. It’s not that they make you stronger or calloused — but they do make you a human,” Kristen explained.

Those hoping for reconciliation between Kristen and Robert will be disheartened to find out that she has closed that chapter of her life. In the same interview, the Snow White and the Huntsman actress thinks that the fans turned their romance “into a product” because they have been too enamored by Bella and Edward’s fictional world.

“People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product. It wasn’t real life anymore. And that was gross to me. It’s not that I want to hide who I am or hide anything I’m doing in my life. It’s that I don’t want to become a part of a story for entertainment value.”

The Harry Potter actor reportedly thinks that it was unnecessary for Kristen to paint what they’ve had in a bad light, but as per another Hollywood Life source, Kristen did not mean to hurt or disrespect Rob. The Café Society actress was merely being true to herself now that she feels she already has a sense of freedom. Kristen is reportedly relieved that it is no longer necessary for her to “hold back” like what she used to in the past.
