Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson Reunion Freaks Out FKA Twigs?
There have been reports coming out that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will reunite in another Twilight movie, which could mean that the former lovers may reignite their romance on screen. This may pose a problem for FKA Twigs if her fiancé and his ex-girlfriend will fall for each other again. Is she freaking out right now about the possible reunion?
According to HollywoodLife.com, the 28-year-old musician is not worried at all and has no problem with Rob working with Kristen again if ever another Twilight movie will be made. If this is something that her boyfriend really wanted to do, then she will allegedly support whatever decision he makes.
“She doesn’t feel threatened by Kristen, especially with the revelation that she is madly in love with her girlfriend,” an insider said.
Maybe Tahliah Barnett’s (FKA’s real name) reaction will be different if Stewart didn’t admit that she’s a lesbian and is happy with her relationship with Alicia Cargile. The two have been rumored to be dating for more than a year before the 26-year-old actress admitted to the whole world that they are a couple.
“Right now I’m just really in love with my girlfriend,” she told ELLE. “We’ve broken up a couple of times and gotten back together, and this time I was like, ‘Finally, I can feel again.'”
Apart from Kristen’s lesbian revelation, Twigs may have felt more secure when the award-winning actress explained the difference between dating a man and a woman. Knowing that she prefers going out with a girl than a guy may have been a big relief for the British singer.
“When I was dating a guy I was hiding everything that I did because everything personal felt like it was immediately trivialised, so I didn’t like it,” Stewart confessed. “But then it changed when I started dating a girl. I was like, ‘Actually, to hide this provides the implication that I’m not down with it or I’m ashamed of it, so I had to alter how I approached being in public.’ It opened my life up and I’m so much happier.”
Since Kristen Stewart has already moved on from Robert Pattinson, then it will be easier for the two to work on another film together. During an interview with ScreenDaily, Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-chairman Patrick Wachsberger hinted doing another Twilight movie.
“It’s a possibility. Not a certainty but it’s a possibility,” he said. “It’s about Stephanie [Meyer]. If she wants to tell a story related to those characters we’re here for her.”
The film series was based on the love story of Edward Cullen (Pattinson) and Bella Swan (Stewart). Therefore, doing another movie could most likely mean getting the actors to portray their role again. But how do the former lovers feel about reprising their roles?
“Robert is more likely to come back if they make more Twilight films because he thinks it would re-spark his career, where Kristen wants to stay away from the franchise because she thinks of it as high school and she feels that she has graduated onto other opportunities that are more her right now,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com.
Ever since the two moved on from their Twilight days, the Los Angeles-born actress is allegedly quite satisfied with what she’s earning now from the movies that she made, unlike the British actor who isn’t getting as much work as her. Maybe that’s why she isn’t that desperate yet to do another film with her former lover.
Kristen Stewart may also be protecting her relationship with Alicia Cargile and that’s why she isn’t keen on reuniting with Robert Pattinson. The dating rumors may ignite again once she agrees to do another movie with her ex-boyfriend.
“People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product. It wasn’t real life anymore,” she told New York Times’ T Magazine. “And that was gross to me. It’s not that I want to hide who I am or hide anything I’m doing in my life. It’s that I don’t want to become a part of a story for entertainment value.”
