Jennifer Aniston's husband is discussing their marriage

Jennifer Aniston’s Husband Explains Why Their Marriage Works Amid Rumors Of A Brad Pitt Reunion

Jennifer Aniston is caught up in the midst of the media storm surrounding the recent announcement about the end of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s marriage.

While Jennifer Aniston has remained silent regarding her ex-husband’s divorce, her current husband, Justin Theroux, recently spoke about their own marriage and also addressed the high-profile couple’s split.

During an interview with People, Jennifer Aniston’s husband revealed that their marriage works because of one very simple philosophy.

“Being kind, that’s it,” he said on September 29. “I think that’s the best one. Approach each situation with kindness.”

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux began dating in 2011 as they filmed their hit comedy, Wanderlust, and in August 2015, years after purchasing a home in Bel Air, California, they tied the knot. Although Jennifer Aniston has been living her life in the public eye for decades, she and her husband managed to keep their wedding plans secret until a cake was seen being brought into their home on the day of their super exclusive ceremony.

Since tying the knot, Jennifer Aniston has faced ongoing rumors regarding when the couple would start a family, and in June, during a vacation in the Bahamas, Aniston sparked reports of a pregnancy when she stepped out looking a bit fuller in the midsection. After taking to the beach with her husband for some rest and relaxation, photos of Aniston in a blue, two-piece bikini hit the web, and In Touch Weekly claimed she was expecting a “miracle baby.” A short time later, Aniston’s rep spoke out, confirming that the actress was not expecting a child and revealing she had simply enjoyed a big lunch.

Around the time of his People interview about his marriage, Theroux was confronted with the news of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce. As the headlines about Brangelina’s split spread, Justin spoke of his sympathy for their six children.

“As a child of divorce, all I can say is that’s terrible news for those children and that’s all you can really say,” Theroux told Business Insider via People on Monday during a press event for his new film, The Girl on the Train.

“It’s boring to sort of comment on anything else,” Theroux added. “People are having a bad time. That’s horrible.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce was confirmed last week, just one day after Jolie filed documents in a Los Angeles court, and within a short time, it was alleged that Jennifer Aniston had met Pitt in secret over the summer.

“[Jennifer Aniston] has been talking to Brad,” an insider told Radar Online earlier this week. “She’s told friends it would be a dream to get back together with him. The truth is, she’s been secretly waiting for him to leave Angelina.”

According to the report, Jennifer Aniston now has a chance to win back her former husband, and they recently reunited in a private suite at New York’s Gansevoort Hotel. Although no photos or video evidence was shared, the outlet claimed Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were caught sneaking into the hotel on a hotel security camera.

“She’s just happy to hear he’s divorcing because she always held on to a little hope,” said the pal. “He’s the love of her life, and she’s never really gotten over him.”

Jennifer Aniston is “now trapped between a rock and a hard place, because she does love Justin — but not as much as Brad!” the source added.
