Eva Longoria: Not Pregnant With Mark Sanchez
Eva Longoria is shooting down reports that she and Mark Sanchez are pregnant.
The Desperate Housewives star has been dating the New York Jets quarterback since earlier in the summer, and a Star magazine report this week suggested that the two are ready to take their relationship to the next level by having a baby together.
But as WENN reports, Eva Longoria is not pregnant.
A spokesperson for Eva Longoria told TMZ.com that rumors of she and Mark Sanchez expecting a child are “false and absolutely not true.” Redundant, but still a very definitive statement. It hasn’t always been so definite for the couple. They spent many weeks dating secretly in New York before finally coming clean about their relationship.
Eva Longoria has been dating Mark Sanchez after her on-again off-again relationship with rocker Eduardo Cruz fizzled for good earlier this year. Longoria, once married to San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker, had been seen around New York City with Sanchez earlier this summer.
Sanchez, a noted ladies man, appeared to forgo his other women and put his focus solely on Eva Longoria. After weeks of speculation and many public sightings, the couple finally announced in September that they were indeed dating.
As CBSNewYork noted, the Eva Longoria pregnancy rumor even hit New York sports talk radio on Friday morning.
“In a weird way I feel bad for Mark about this,” WFAN co-host Craig Carton said. “‘Cause you know he’s aware of it now, it’s all over TMZ. That’s how I found out about it.
