Kylie Jenner Gate Crasher Gets Jail Time: Kylie’s New Home In Hidden Hills Closer To Kardashians

Kylie Jenner might feel some relief knowing the man who trespassed onto her property is getting jail time. The intruder crashed his car through the security gates of her Calabasas home in The Oaks gated community back in June.

Marvin Magallanes made a plea deal after he attempted to crash his car through the gates of Kylie’s home community. The trespasser was desperate to meet the reality star, and he allegedly told the security guards he was there for a meeting with Kylie. When the security guards denied his entrance, the man rammed into the gate, cracked it, and then sped away.

Magallanes actually returned weeks later and pulled the same routine, but this time, security guards had cameras that captured his license plate number and enabled the police to track him down. Kylie’s siblings Khloe Kardashian and Rob Kardashian also live in The Oaks gated community.

Jenner’s intruder pleaded no contest to vandalism and was charged with two misdemeanor charges of vandalism. He was sentenced to 10 days in a Los Angeles County Jail on Tuesday, September 27. The man also got credit for the four days he previously spent behind bars following the incident. He is currently serving the other six days, according to TMZ. One released from the Los Angeles County Jail, Magallanes will serve 12 months of probation.

The gate-crashing incident has caused Jenner to sell her Oaks community mansion and move to a new area. Kylie is selling her Oaks community mansion and sources claimed that all potential buyers will have to go through heavy vetting, citing it’s now like “getting into Fort Knox.” The reality star has had one too many incidents with overzealous admirers, and she was done with the gated community.

This is not the first time that Kylie has had issues with people attempting to trespass the gates in order to get to the reality star. In December of last year, TMZ reported that a man tried to force his way onto Kylie Jenner’s property twice, and the second time came after he escaped from a psych ward. The man was caught and put on another 72 hour hold. The man apparently believed that he and Jenner were “soulmates.”

Kylie Jenner has gotten herself some new digs in Hidden Hills, California. Her new $6 million mansion was purchased just roughly a year after she bought her first home in Calabasas.

Jenner’s new Hidden Hills home will put her closer to her mother, Kris Jenner, and her sister, Kim Kardashian.

The mansion is roughly 7,000-square foot and was just built last year. The house has six bedrooms, seven bathroom, and a long list of luxurious amenities.

The house is, of course, located in a gated community. The swanky abode features a formal living room and dining room, a bright chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious family room with a fireplace, and a large master suite complete with a walk-in closet, stone bath, steam shower, and dual sinks. Other amenities include a music system, butler’s pantry, refrigerated wine cellar, and a movie screening room.

The exterior of her new home is just as impressive. It features lush greenery, a solar heated pool and spa, a covered patio with a barbeque area, fountains, rose bushes, and a four-car garage.

Last month, Kylie expanded her real estate purchases by acquiring the $4.5 million property next door to her new mansion. The home sits on 3.9 acres of land, is around 5,000 square feet, and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The second home is said to be more of a home office for Jenner while keeping her living space in the main home.
