Hulk Hogan’s sex tape did not come as a surprise to the wrestler; in fact, as it turns out, he already had his lawyers preparing a counter-attack to have the tape removed from the internet. With the sex tape now a huge viral hit, that task, of course, could be hard if not impossible to achieve.

A one-minute long clip from the sex tape was posted on Thursday by our friends at Gawker, a clip that Hogan says will soon be removed. The wrestler tells TMZ that he is already having a cease-and-desist letter drafted that will be delivered to Nick Denton and his Gawker Media crew.

Hogan says Gawker has no right to post the video and a lawsuit will be underway if its not removed upon request.

Davir R. Houston, attorney for the Hulk, tells TMZ:

“This tape was made secretly without Hulk’s knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”

Hulk Hogan was likely not caught off guard by the tape because it was reportedly being shopped around to adult video producers since April 2012.

The one minute excerpt was reportedly given to Gawker for free by an anonymous source.

Hulkamania isn’t just threatening to rain down on Gawker; his team has promised to sue any other websites who post the one-minute excerpt. With that being said, here’s the Hulk Hogan sex tape … sorry just kidding.
