April Florio: Brad Pitt’s Rumored ‘Other Woman’ From Jennifer Aniston Marriage Resurfaces

April Florio, the woman Brad Pitt was linked to during his marriage to Jennifer Aniston, is resurfacing amid his divorce from Angelina Jolie.

A spate of rumors and speculations have put a spin on Brad romancing his Allied co-star Marion Cotillard while he was married to Angelina. Cotillard and her husband have shut down any misconceptions that an affair between the two ever took place. Cotillard even announced her pregnancy on Instagram last week after the Pitt and Jolie divorce was confirmed. She let the world know that it’s her long-time partner, Guillaume Canet, who’s the father and not Brad Pitt.

There’s another woman getting attention for the split of Brangelina. Us Weekly reported back in 2003 that April Florio supposedly kissed Pitt in Greece when he was married to Aniston. It was alleged that she met him through his friend and actor George Clooney. April denied having anything to do with Pitt, but the magazine claimed to have recorded the interview with her on tape.

In an exclusive interview with the Mirror, April Florio is speaking out about the Brad and Angelina’s divorce. She wants people to know that she isn’t responsible for the ultimate breakdown of their marriage.

She said that she’s “saddened at the end” of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s marriage.

“I wish them nothing but the easiest transition into their new lives and hope that they can stay strong with a nice support system and lean on their families,” Florio said.

April Florio allegedly told Us Weekly in her interview that Brad Pitt “hated his wife’s chain-smoking. He also hated the fact that she liked to hang with her friends or just stay at home. He liked to go to parties more.”

Additionally, the now-successful model said that when Brad was filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith, he thought Angelina was a “goddess.”

As the story went, April saw Brad twice after meeting — in LA and in New York. April allegedly said Brad was attracted to her and certain physical characteristics she has. When she turned down his advances, Florio said he was “shocked” and that she informed him she “did not want to get involved with someone in the industry.” When she appeared on Entertainment Tonight, she denied giving the interview and believed TV hosts portrayed her as looking “crazy” and that she walked back her story.

“There were so many quotes attributed to me back then that weren’t from me,” April said of the Us interview.

A 2005 report by the New York Daily News cites Us in revealing that Brad allegedly met April during an audition for Troy. Moreover, a 2005 report by Fox News named Pitt’s publicist, Cindy Guagenti, as saying that the actor never met April. Florio’s manager, Anthony Messina, asserted that his client was quoted incorrectly and that the article was “wholly false.” He issued a statement that insisted the story was fabricated by “journalists who lack credibility.”

The report added that Us Weekly’s publicist, Claudia DiRomualdo, stood by the magazine’s story.

There’s no real confirmation either way if there was something that developed between Brad Pitt and April Florio.

Soon after it was announced that Angelina Jolie filed divorce papers, Page Six ran a report claiming that the actress hired a private investigator to watch her husband when he was working with Marion Cotillard on the set of Allied. The actress’ rep denied any Brad Pitt affair rumors and that Cotillard has been involved French actor and director Guillaume Canet since 2007. The two are now expecting a baby — as Cotillard announced on Instagram last week.
