Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom Split? Not According To The Happy Couple
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been plagued by split rumors once again. Although the couple has been on a whirlwind romance ever since they started dating back in February, new reports suggested the couple is going their separate ways.
According to a new report via Hall of Fame Magazine, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have been considering getting married. However, they can’t agree when it comes to the location of their new home, resulting in the postponement of their reported wedding plans. Bloom, 39, still wants to stay at his bachelor pad in Malibu so that he can be close to his 5-year-old son, Flynn. Meanwhile, Perry, 31, wants to buy a home in Montecito, her childhood home and where her family still lives.
According to Perry, it would be hard for others to visit them in Malibu if they choose to live there, according to Radar Online.
“My boyfriend lives in Malibu and getting used to that [drive] was, like, ‘Are you kidding me? What kind of life is this?’ I get the whole… living by the beach thing. But it’s so far! Nobody [who lives in town] is going to come see you,” the “Rise” singer supposedly was heard saying to a friend.
Rumors have been circulating that Perry and Bloom want to get married by 2017, around the same time that she plans to release a new album and embark on a world tour. Bloom has already put down money for a $1 million engagement ring, but had to put his engagement plans on hold. Since the couple can’t agree on where to live, at the moment, their plans to get married is currently on hold.
“Katy and Orlando were talking about having lots of babies and growing old together! Now neither will budge over where to live together, and their wedding planning is on hold.”
It doesn’t look like Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are ending their relationship anytime soon. They recently traveled to Shanghai Disneyland on Friday, Sept. 23, with Flynn, according to a report via Us Weekly. Fans noticed the couple and immediately posted photos on Instagram. But the couple beat them to the punch and posted some moments on their respective Instagram and Snapchat accounts. Perry and Bloom were seen riding roller coasters, taking photos with the characters, shopping for souvenirs, and even riding the kiddie rides.
Of course, the couple and Bloom’s son went on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Bloom played pirate Will Turner in the series based on the theme park attraction. Perry took to Instagram to let her fans know that it’s her favorite and not because she’s “dating a pirate.”

Perry also shared photos of herself meeting up with Goofy. She even gave the classic character a huge kiss on the nose.
The couple even bought matching Mickey and Minnie socks. Perry shared a photo of their matching socks along with the caption, “When you find your prince,” adding red heart emojis.
The trio even checked out some crystal-encrusted castles available for sale. Bloom jokingly suggested they should check out some less-expensive options, according to an E! News report. “No, buy me the most expensive one if you really love me,” the singer joked.
It looks like the two have grown quite serious with one another. After a series of failed relationships, Perry has finally found “The One” with Bloom, reports HNGN. However, no one has confirmed if the engagement and wedding rumors are true. Also, there has been no official confirmation or announcement from either party regarding these rumors. But it’s clear that Perry and Bloom are very much in love.
