Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Are Feuding Over Where To Live As Wedding Rumors Continue?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are facing rumors of an ongoing fight.

According to a recent report by In Touch Weekly magazine, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are clashing “over where to start their life together.”

“Where they are going to live has become an issue,” a source told the magazine, according to a report by Gossip Cop on September 25.

According to the report, Gwen Stefani wants to stay in Los Angeles with her three sons, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2, while Shelton would rather remain in his hometown in Oklahoma, where he often enjoys time on his ranch.

“[Blake] doesn’t want to live in LA full-time after he marries [Gwen Stefani],” the source said. Meanwhile, Gwen Stefani “feels she could never ditch California and live in Oklahoma as a full-time resident.”

Although Gwen Stefani and her sons frequently visit Shelton in Oklahoma, the source claimed Gwen Stefani had no intentions of moving east full-time, nor did she want to take her kids away from their father, who also resides in Los Angeles.

“Her parents live [in Los Angeles]. The boys are in school there and all their friends are there,” the insider explained, and, Stefani “doesn’t want to take the boys away from their dad,” Gavin Rossdale.

For the past few months, Gwen Stefani has been tending to her This is What the Truth Feels Like Tour, but now that her children are back in school, she’s back in Los Angeles to wrap up her remaining shows as her children re-adjust themselves to being home. Meanwhile, Shelton is in Los Angeles as well as he and his co-stars, including Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Miley Cyrus, film The Voice Season 11.

The source went on to explain that while Shelton is a simple guy who enjoys time on his ranch, he may be willing to compromise with Gwen Stefani and relocate to Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills area, which is known for its sprawling ranches.

In response to the In Touch Weekly story, a rep for Gwen Stefani told Gossip Cop the report was “all untrue.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating about one year ago as they filmed the ninth season of The Voice. Although Stefani and Shelton also starred on the series’ seventh season, things didn’t turn romantic between them until last year after they both divorced their former spouses, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, respectively.

Since their relationship began, the couple has faced rumors of weddings, babies, twins and engagements, but so far, they haven’t announced any plans. Instead, the reports continue to fly, and Stefani and Shelton continue to stay mum.

During an episode of The Ellen Degeneres Show last week, Gwen Stefani was confronted with the latest rumors regarding her and Shelton’s potentially upcoming wedding.

“Before I make plans, because I make plans way ahead of time, tell me when you’re getting married so I know to clear my schedule,” Degeneres said to Gwen Stefani, via Hollywood Life.

“Oh, you’re crazy!” Stefani responded.

Then, after Degeneres insisted that Gwen Stefani inform her of when she and Shelton would be tying the knot, Stefani said she would “let her know.”

While Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton aren’t currently starring together on The Voice, Shelton can be seen every Monday night at 8 p.m. on NBC in the series’ 11th season. No word yet on whether or not Stefani will make any guest appearances during the season.
