Ariel Winter Post Nearly Nude Photo On Instagram, Posing Without Pants For ‘Secret’ Photo Shoot
Ariel Winter is posting another racy picture on Instagram, with the 18-year-old actress making headlines for sharing a nearly nude photo from a so-called “secret” photo shoot.
The Modern Family star has been unapologetic about sharing racy photos, and this week is again making waves with a picture she shared with her social media followers. On Thursday, she posted the picture from a so-called “secret” photo session that shows the actress with no pants on and a makeup artists giving some attention to her backside.
“BUTT really, don’t miss a spot@kipzachary : @davinaadjani#secretshoot #embraceyourcurves,” she wrote alongside the picture.
Though the picture went viral and was described by some as a nude shot, it’s not clear if Ariel Winter is actually wearing shorts or a bottom of some kind.
It’s nothing new for Ariel Winter. The actress has made headlines in the past for some other racy shots, and she told Entertainment Tonight that it’s not a big deal for her to post the photos.
“Everybody is so hyped up on the fact that I post photos where my butt’s out. It’s a butt. Everyone has a butt,” she explained. “I don’t think it’s crazy.”

“It’s like, ‘Let me live! I’m enjoying my life, you’re enjoying your life, you should be posting your butt if you like it, too!'” she added. “I’m not going to fight with someone on my Instagram that tells me they don’t like my outfit or I should put my butt away. I’m sorry you think I should put my butt away, but just unfollow me.”
Though Ariel Winter first gained fame as a child actress on Modern Family, she has in recent months taken efforts to make a name as an adult in Hollywood. In her appearance at the Emmy Awards last week, for example, Winter showed up with a skin-baring black dress.
Winter has also taken pride in her larger frame, saying she is happy with herself and doesn’t feel pressure to fit into a Hollywood stereotype of what actresses should look like. She has shared a number of photos that showcase her larger figure, though none of them have been terribly racy.

Winter also said she counts the curvier Kim Kardashian as something of a role model.
“I think [Kim’s] promoting body positivity. Young girls being able to express that they don’t have a stick-thin body, they’re curvy. And stick-thin bodies are amazing and those girls are amazing too. I think that everybody’s body should be celebrated, no matter what it is,” Winter said during an interview on the Kylie & Jackie show.
Ariel Winter has been trying to spread that message to her young fans as well. In a long Instagram post earlier this month, she emphasized the importance of self-acceptance and ignoring those seeking to tear you down.
“Those who say such harsh things on my Instagram, thank you for this opportunity – but the question I ask myself each time I read the mean comments is if this is how you talk to a stranger online, I can only imagine how cruelly you speak to yourself. Stop the hate. Accept that you are and know your flaws are what make you the PERFECT you. I love my fans and I love my bullies for what they truly NEED is love. Take the high road, there is less traffic. XO.”
But Ariel Winter has gotten plenty of positive attention for her body as well, and her nearly nude photo shared this week ended up as the top trending story on Facebook on Friday afternoon.
