Adam Levine’s Wife Behati Prinsloo Just Passed Her Due Date, Is Their Baby Girl Here Yet?

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s first child was due on Tuesday, but so far, there has not been an official confirmation of the baby girl’s birth.

Following the news of Adam Levine’s band’s canceled shows, fans are on baby watch. While the couple hasn’t confirmed any news quite yet, they’ve been silent on social media for days.

On Instagram, Behati Prinsloo’s last post was shared six days ago and included a photo of the model showing off her baby bump while standing beside the pool at her and Levine’s home in Los Angeles. On Twitter, Prinsloo hasn’t shared any new updates since September 13. Meanwhile, Adam Levine’s last tweet was posted on September 20 and included a clip of the Maroon 5 singer playing the drums.

Adam Levine has been fairly active on his Instagram page in recent weeks but he hasn’t shared anything with fans since earlier this week when he congratulated The Voice on the Emmy win for being the Best Reality Competition Program.

Adam Levine has starred on The Voice since the first season, and for months, there have been rumors of his possible exit from the show. However, at this point, it’s hard to say whether or not he will leave the series now that he and Prinsloo are starting a family.

In March of this year, just days before news of Adam Levine’s wife’s pregnancy hit the web, a report claimed he was considering leaving the show.

“[Adam Levine] has had enough of The Voice,” a source close to Levine reportedly told Life & Style magazine, via Hollywood Life.

According to the report, Adam Levine is ready to leave The Voice on a high note and “make this his final season” because he and wife “really want to start a family,” the source explained to the magazine. “He doesn’t want to stick around until the show is in decline.”

While the source suggested that the 11th season of The Voice would be his last, they noted that the Maroon 5 frontman would be “open to revisiting the show in a couple of years as a mentor.”

A short time later, another source denied the report entirely, claiming that due to Adam Levine’s flexible schedule with the NBC show, there’s simply no reason for him to cut ties.

“[Adam Levine] would stay with The Voice and will stay with The Voice even if he becomes a father,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “The amount of time he would have to be away really wouldn’t be that much. He could easily do both. The Voice schedule would offer no neglect to family duties and he would be able to do it because The Voice would be accommodating to all of his needs. They would all be able to work out a proper schedule to make it all work out.”

Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, used to live on opposite sides of the country as he tended to his filming duties with NBC in Los Angeles and she continued to model in New York City. However, around the time their baby news was announced, the couple put their Big Apple apartment on the market, and Prinsloo relocated to the West Coast.

Currently, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s Los Angeles home is also on the market. However, over the summer, the couple was seen house hunting with one another in town, which suggests that they may have already purchased a new home where they will raise their baby girl and any future children they may have.
