The Walking Dead “Who Does Negan Kill?” Theories

Rumors about who dies have been flying since that infamous Walking Dead Season 6 finale, with fans wondering just who Negan hit with that bat. Even though TWD doesn’t always follow the comic book events, many fans are wondering if Glenn dies, since Glenn (Steven Yeun) meets “Lucille” in the comics. With people observing the set from a distance and reporting which characters were present for filming this summer and which were not, a majority of TWD fans now believe Glenn is the likely victim.

But actually, from what the Spoiling Dead is telling fans, that phrase should be Glenn is “a” likely victim, meaning that there is more evidence of two deaths at the hands of Negan.

According to most Walking Dead fans, the second most likely candidate to fall victim to Negan and Lucille is Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), and now the big spoiler rumor is both Glenn and Abraham are killed by Negan. While some TWD fans may have felt that in a recent interview Cudlitz implied his safety, others feel that Cudlitz openly discussing a world with Negan and Abraham was intentionally misleading, as Walking Dead producers would not want to give away such a huge spoiler that Abraham survives.

Factor in the fact that neither Yeun or Cudlitz have been seen much on set this summer, and the Spoiling Dead is flat out making their call on who dies.

“So the time has come to give our own Prediction? Theory? Speculation? Whatever. There are two Lucille Victims. And it’s pretty obvious who they are. If you’ve seen Ninja’s Spoiler Journal, you had it pegged weeks ago. So let me disclaimer this: according to the filming schedule and our own damn brains and all the other evidence that has popped up over the last couple of months (most via the cast themselves) Abe will be killed first, followed by Glenn. Daryl, who tries to interfere after the beating of Abe, will be taken by Negan and will apparently not like dog food sandwiches.”

Spoiling Dead has been pushing the two deaths theory for quite some time, but the site has now also released some details of the Walking Dead Season 7 premiere that support their theory. Note that their source is not identified, so there is no way to verify if these claims come from a legitimate source with inside knowledge, but the site has been accurate enough in the past that Walking Dead producers have taken legal action against them to try to shut down their spoilers.

“Episode 7.1

Characters: Rick, Carl, Michonne, Daryl, Glenn, Maggie, Abe, Eugene, Rosita, Aaron, Sasha, Negan, Dwight, Simon (Steven Ogg), other Saviors.

Location: Mostly in the clearing where we last left off. There was also filming with Negan and Rick in the RV over where the burning logs from 6.16 were. One day of filming at Alexandria for a supposed dream sequence.

Highlights:
• We believe Abe and Glenn will both fall victim to Lucille
• Daryl gets taken prisoner by the Saviors
• Negan takes Rick on a mindf*ck adventure in the RV
• There’s a rumored dream sequence which will feature the main characters including the Lucille victims. There’s also supposed to be a Gleggie baby in this scene”

TWD Caryl Shippers May Be Disappointed

For many seasons, TWD fans have been hoping that Carol (Melissa McBride) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) would become a Walking Dead power couple. With Rick and Michonne (Danai Gurira) finally hooking up, will there be more love in the air this season? Will Caryl shippers finally see it happen? McBride isn’t exactly ruling it out, but in an interview with Comic Book, she noted that Carol really isn’t in the right mind space for any kind of relationship at the moment.

“As the world is expanding, it’s still closing in at the same time in a very weird way, but who knows. I think she’s just got to get her mind right before she can even entertain any sort of relationship. I think it’s just difficult for her to have a relationship of any kind. Where we left off, if you care for somebody, you’re going to have to kill for them, and again, she’s just not sure she’s in that place.”

However, they say that you find love when you’re not even looking for it and least expect it, right? So cling to that hope, Caryl shippers.

Does Carol Die in The Walking Dead Season 7?

With Carol showing signs of mentally breaking down in TWD Season 6, fans of the comic book series are starting to wonder if she might go from being one of the strongest survivors on the television series to the suicidal Carol in the Walking Dead comic books. While McBride isn’t giving anything away, she acknowledged in an interview with EW that Carol is questioning whether she even wants to be alive anymore.

“I would agree that I don’t think it would have mattered in that moment to her if that Savior had just taken her out. And this is just the despair that she’s feeling, this internal despair that she’s feeling, and it’s going to be interesting in Season 7 to see how this plays out in this new world.”

Interesting would be good, but dying, not so much. Carol is safe from Negan for the time being, but that doesn’t mean she will be later, and she ended TWD Season 6 in pretty bad shape after being shot by some Saviors.

New TWD Cast and Communities

One new cast member has been confirmed — actually, make that two if you count characters of the animal variety. Walking Dead fans already know that Ezekiel (Khary Payton) and his pet tiger, Shiva, will be introduced this season. That also means a new community, as Ezekiel is in charge of the Kingdom. No other new characters have been officially confirmed by the Walking Dead creative team at this time, but that doesn’t mean more aren’t coming.

TV Line reports that two new original characters exclusive to the television series are coming in TWD Season 7 Episode 6. The first is Naomi, a “grandmotherly type who, having lost so many loved ones, is now willing to do whatever it takes not to have to bury any more. ” And the second is Jennie, “a sunny-side-up kinda teenager… who sounds a lot like Beth 2.0, ‘kind, with a world-weary toughness.'”

There’s also been a Walking Dead casting call for a character named Brion, as previously reported by the Inquisitr. The casting call did not specify a gender, leading to speculation that Brion could be a pseudonym for a number of Walking Dead comics characters, including Pete, Magna, or Alpha. That also implies that TWD fans might get to see the communities of Oceanside (Pete), the Whisperers (Alpha), or the community with no name (Magna). The casting call says he or she will be an “educated, poker-faced leader.”
