Rihanna & Chris Brown Attend Jay-Z Concert Together
Rihanna and Chris Brown were spotted yesterday attending a Jay-Z Concert. The couple was spotted by Rap Radar editor, Elliott Wilson, who took the photo. They were sitting close next to each other in the Barclays Center’s VIP section. You can see from the photo that Chris Brown’s arm is over Rihanna’s shoulder, although she’s not exactly leaning into it.
The prior day both were also spotted at New York City’s Griffin club. Witnesses claim they were hugging and kissing in the middle of the crowd.
Despite the fact that Brown is still on probation for the physical assault on Rihanna in 2009, there seems reason to be concerned that they really are back together. If you have forgotten what happened, you can check out the gory details over at MTV. Rihanna sat down for an interview with Oprah, and you can see she is practically apologizing for Brown.
“I felt protective,” she said. “I felt like the only person they hate right now is him. It was a weird confusing space to be in because to be as angry and as hurt and betrayed, I just felt like he made that mistake because he needed help, and who’s gonna help him? Nobody’s gonna say he needs help. Everybody’s gonna say he’s a monster without looking at the source. I was more concerned about him.”
Nothing official has been said from either Rihanna or Brown. But, if you look at Tweets from Brown’s supposedly current girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, you have to wonder what’s going on.
