Miley Cyrus Blasts Adam Levine On ‘The Voice’ Amid Feud Reports [Video]

Miley Cyrus and Adam Levine didn’t seem to do much to downplay the reports of a feud on the season 11 premiere of The Voice.

After weeks of speculation that Miley and Adam have not been getting along on the set of the NBC singing show, E! News is reporting that the two made no secret of the fact that they don’t seem to be seeing eye to eye when they sat alongside each other during the season 11 premiere on September 19.

Miley and Adam appeared to take a number of jabs at each other during The Voice premiere episode, where Cyrus slammed Levine for only winning three of the 10 seasons he’s appeared on the show before then joking about the Maroon 5 frontman’s relationship with his wife, Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo.

The two kicked off the bickering after getting into a confrontation over a contestant, to which Adam asked Miley, “How many seasons [have] you won, Cyrus?”

Miley then hit back at the veteran coach, “I’m new! I ain’t been on no seasons!” before then taking aim at Levine over his past The Voice wins after the “Moves Like Jagger” singer informed a contestant that he’s won the series three times since the show began back in 2011.

Cyrus then slammed Adam, declaring, “three out of 10? It’s basic math, and it did take me a second, but it seemed a little like…” to which Levine responded with a pretty stone faced look.

E! News reported that Miley later appeared to poke fun at Adam’s relationship with his wife Behati, who is currently expecting the couple’s first child, after Levine praised a contestant by telling them that he “wants” and “needs” them in his team.

“He doesn’t talk to his wife like that!” Cyrus hit back at Adam.

Miley Cyrus and Adam Levine’s The Voice premiere friction comes after weeks of feud reports claiming that the two haven’t exactly been getting along on the set of the NBC show ever since the “We Can’t Stop” singer joined the coaching team with Alicia Keys.

In Touch Weekly most recently claimed there’s serious friction between Miley and Adam, even going as far as to report that things had gotten so bad between the two that Cyrus is allegedly considering quitting the show and not returning for a second season.

Us Weekly also claimed that Cyrus and Levine were locked in a pretty nasty feud while filming The Voice, alleging earlier this year that both Adam and Miley find each other to be “annoying.”

“They both have short attention spans,” a source close to production revealed of Cyrus and Levine, claiming that their personalities are just “too similar” to mesh well during filming of the blind auditions earlier this year. “Adam would get agitated when Miley would interrupt him, and she enjoyed getting under his skin.”

Radar Online also alluded to the feud drama between Cyrus and Levine, alleging that the two coaches have been “at each other’s throats” while filming the NBC series this year.

According to an insider who spoke out the alleged drama between the two musicians, Levine is over Miley’s antics and “acts like he cannot stand her” and even supposedly refuses to speak to Cyrus when the cameras aren’t rolling.

“[Adam] does not talk to [Miley] when the cameras are not rolling,” an insider said of the supposed feud that appeared to spill over onto The Voice‘s season 11 premiere on September 19, adding that Levine “seems like he really wants nothing to do with [Cyrus]” as the feud rumors swirl.
