Kendall Jenner Gets Beauty Advice From Famous Sisters, But Street Style Is All Her Own

Kendall Jenner is opening up to Allure about the best beauty advice she was given. The model has four sisters, so she probably received a lot of beauty advice growing up. According to Kendall, the best beauty advice she ever received was from her sisters alone.

The 20-year-old just graced the cover of Allure magazine. On the cover, Kendall wears a sheer red blouse, in which she wears a bra underneath. She also rocks a minimal makeup look on the cover.

“There’s so many of us. It’s like having 12 moms,” Jenner said about receiving advice from Kourtney Kardashian. “When I was 15, she said, ‘You should start using eye cream now.’ So I did. And she told me never to touch my face: ‘Don’t pick at anything on your face; don’t pick at your zits.’ That stuck with me.”

Khloe Kardashian told Kendall Jenner that she needs to get her eyebrows down. It was the best decision that Kendall has ever made.

“When I was 15, I plucked all of my eyebrows off. There was this little pencil line left. It was so awful, and Khloe freaked out and yelled at me. She made me not touch them until they fully grew out, and then she took me to an eyebrow lady. Ever since then, I’ve been getting my eyebrows done [at Anastasia Beverly Hills].”

As for Kim Kardashian, she recommended one product that the older Jenner sister should use on her hair. It’s actually affordable and something you can find at the drug store.

“Kim likes Finesse shampoo, and now so do I. I’ve tried all the expensive things, too. It just works for my hair and makes it so silky. My hair has held up so much that every hairstylist has been like, ‘Why is your hair still so amazing?’ And I’m like, ‘I literally don’t do anything. I just use Finesse.’ And everyone’s like, ‘What?'”

Now, everybody knows that Kylie Jenner has become a beauty maiden in her own right. The starlet has an ever-growing makeup empire, complete with lip kits, eyeshadow palettes, and bronzer palettes. Even Kendall has mentioned that Kylie wants to do her sister’s makeup.

“Kylie’s very glamazon; she loves the hair and the nails and the glam, so ‘more is more’ is definitely her tip. She always wants to do my makeup.”

When it comes to Kendall Jenner’s style, it’s all her own. The model doesn’t fuss much when it comes to her street looks. Teen Vogue reported that Jenner wore black Van sneakers with her all-black ensemble in New York City. Jenner looked more like a rock star rather than a model when she was spotted wearing a black Venta Berniti leather biker jacket over a black “Are You Am I” mini-skirt, notes the publication. Jenner finished off her look with Elizabeth and James cat-eye sunglasses and a Givenchy studded leather handbag.

Kendall has been spending her time walking for Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren, but her street style is becoming edgier. The supermodel was spotted smiling and hanging out with a group of friends at a street fair, reports the Daily Mail. Kendall stuck to a minimalist look when it came to her jewelry and makeup. Her signature brunette hair was styled straight with a middle part.

A few days’ prior, the Jenner sister decided to get revealing in some lingerie. She opted to go braless in a leopard print silk dress after walking the controversial Marc Jacobs show with her friends Gigi and Bella Hadid. Jenner was seen leaving the Hammerstein Ballroom in the negligee-style dress, which she paired with a leopard print overcoat. She even pulled up her dress to show a little bit of leg, reports the Daily Mail.

She then pulled her look together with a black choker, dark sunglasses, and black patent leather boots. Kendall’s brunette hair was pulled back in a low ponytail. She later changed up her look by keeping the jacket and opting for a cropped white T-shirt and black leather lace-up jeans with her Vans sneakers.
