Corey Feldman In Tears Over Viewers Reaction To His Appearance On ‘Today Show’

Corey Feldman performed on The Today Show last week, and it actually didn’t go over very well with the viewers. He was singing, but also did a bit of dancing along with the performance. People shared that Corey Feldman is really upset about how he was treated by the fans after the performance was over. It turns out that Corey is so upset about what went down that he hasn’t been able to get out of bed.

Corey made a big post about it all on Facebook, but then later deleted it. This post was from Corey Feldman, but also from his “Corey’s Angels,” Courtney Anne. Here is what Feldman had to say about the performance.

“We just wanted to tell everybody that, like, it’s been really painful. We put ourselves out there and we did the best that we could. And, like, I’ve never had such mean things said about me. Like constantly. All we can say is that we tried really hard. Because we love our fans and we just wanted to give them the best show that we could. But we don’t deserve… these things that are said about us are awful.”

They went on to talk about how everyone has been saying the performance was “bizarre.” Feldman feels like he did his best on stage and never expected fans to react this way to it. Feldman said that they are freaked out over this and scared to go out. Corey went on to explain that they aren’t even getting out of bed. It is very obvious that he is upset. Feldman went on to explain more.

“It was a song, okay? It wasn’t that weird. I’m sorry if it’s not good enough for you, but you don’t have to beat us up. I just want to say that, like, why is it okay to, like, publicly shame us?… I don’t understand… It’s, like, not PC to, like, say somebody is fat or somebody is white or somebody is black or somebody is yellow or green or if they have a short leg or if they have a missing finger. Like we can’t talk about these things. But it’s okay to bash Corey Feldman and the Angels.”

Corey Feldman doesn’t feel like it should be okay for everyone to public shame him over this performance. It does sound like it would be surprising if Corey was to perform again in the future. It is obvious that he is really upset.

Us Magazine shared that everyone isn’t hating on Corey Feldman, though. Jerry O’Connell actually went to Twitter to congratulate Corey on going viral with this performance. Even though a lot of people don’t love the performance, Corey Feldman got his name back in the press, and everyone is talking about him now. This performance has gone viral.

If Corey Feldman wants to continue his music career, he has a lot of fans as well. There are people that have nothing bad to say about Corey’s performance. It will be interesting to see if he lets this get to him so much that he stops performing. Corey shared that he has been saved by angels a few times in his life and that is why he created “Corey’s Angels.” Corey Feldman has always been an actor and a performer, so it would be surprising if he didn’t do it anymore because of a bit of backlash.
