Sofia Richie Will Join Justin Bieber During The European Leg Of His ‘Purpose World Tour’?

Sofia Richie will reportedly join Justin Bieber in Europe in the coming weeks as he tends to the European Leg of his “Purpose World Tour.”

Following a whirlwind romance in August, which took Sofia Richie and the singer to Japan, Los Angeles, and Mexico, Bieber returned to his tour schedule and traveled to Europe for shows in numerous countries, including Germany, France, Norway, and England. Meanwhile, Sofia Richie has been spending time in New York City, where she recently took part in Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 4 fashion show.

Although Sofia Richie and Justin Bieber have been spending time apart for the last several days, a report shared by Hollywood Life on September 15 suggested they would soon reunite.

“[Sofia Richie’s] going to be seeing him soon anyway,” a source close to the couple told the outlet. “He invited her to come meet up with him in Europe and she’s planning to take him up on the offer.”

Sofia Richie revealed on her SnapChat account earlier this week that she had recently taken a new passport photo, which seems to confirm the news of her upcoming venture to Europe. Hollywood Life’s source went on to reveal that while the time apart has been difficult for Sofia Richie, she isn’t letting it make her depressed.

When Sofia Richie and Justin Bieber began dating in August, they were spotted together in Laguna Beach, California, before traveling to Japan, where they made their relationship official with a photo on Bieber’s Instagram page.

As fans of the singer will recall, Bieber’s Instagram photo caused quite the controversy amongst his fans, who apparently weren’t ready to see him go public with the then-17-year-old. However, rather than ignore the criticism of Sofia Richie, Bieber fired back at his fans and told them that if they were his true fans, they wouldn’t be saying mean things about his new relationship.

In turn, Bieber was publicly called out by his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who told him that his fans have been by his side since the start of his career and noting that they loved him. She also suggested Bieber refrain from sharing any additional photos of his girlfriend, Sofia Richie.

After Gomez’s comment was posted, she and Bieber embarked on a full-on feud, which included allegations of cheating from both parties. According to Gomez, Bieber cheated on her multiple times, but according to Bieber, it was Gomez who cheated on him with Zayn Malik. Then, after the dramatic encounter, Bieber, who threatened to make his Instagram account private after sharing photos of Sofia Richie, opted to delete his account altogether and has yet to make a permanent return to the social media platform.

Following the reveal of Sofia Richie’s romance with the singer, rumors began swirling which claimed Richie’s family, including her sister, Nicole, and father, Lionel, weren’t happy about the model’s new relationship. However, according to another report by Hollywood Life, Lionel is actually a fan of Bieber.

“[Lionel] was skeptical at first because of all the bad press Justin has gotten over the years. He was expecting an entitled brat, but Lionel was pleasantly surprised to find just the opposite,” an insider said. “Justin charmed him right off the bat because he’s a huge Commodores fan and he grew up with his dad playing all of Lionel’s solo stuff. Justin’s also a perfect gentleman with Sofia, at least so far, and Lionel appreciates how Justin put his fans in their place after they were writing nasty comments about her online.”
