Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth Write ‘Love Story,’ But Are Her Ex And ‘The Voice’ Wrecking Romance?

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are a busy couple, with Miley taking on the new role of a coach on The Voice while maintaining her involvement with her actor boyfriend. But now a new rumor claims that there just might be problems in their love life involving her former ex, while another report discusses the couple as so bonded that they’re crafting a play together despite trouble actually planning a wedding. Add in a claim that Liam has some issues when it comes to Cyrus and her fellow coaches on The Voice, and their relationship just went from seemingly smooth sailing to stormy waters.

For Miley, does love mean writing a love story? A Cyrus insider told Us Weekly that the “Wrecking Ball” singer and her fiancé, Liam, “have been writing a script for a play together.” Does the subject offer insights into their own romance?

“It’s a dramatic love story.”

As for just what the drama might include, Miley, 23, and Hemsworth, 26, enjoyed the high point of the first round of their own love story with an engagement in 2012. Fast forward three years, and the couple were reuniting and even considering a wedding, despite some conflict on the exact details.

But while Cyrus and her boyfriend are reportedly pouring their creativity into the play, writing their vows and planning the wedding is more problematic, according to Us. First, they had an intimate beach ceremony in Australia planned for the summer, but that got put on the forget-it list, followed by cancellations of their honeymoon flight and lodging in Bora Bora. One of Miley’s pals summed up the problem.

“[Miley] is still very erratic with her decision-making.”

The latest plans for the couple call for an autumn wedding, with Cyrus attempting (and apparently failing) to keep it a secret, according to the insider.

“Miley has been trying to keep everything a secret,” shared the source. “There are very few people who are involved in the planning and all of her closest friends have been sworn to secrecy.”

But is it possible that something else could go wrong as a result of one of Cyrus’ former boyfriends?

An insider told Life & Style that Liam discovered Miley was secretly texting her former boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger. Has Patrick become a wrecking ball for her romantic relationship with Hemsworth?

The conflict reportedly started when Cyrus’ boyfriend found texts from Patrick on her phone and “flipped out.” The source revealed that Miley insisted that it was a one-sided communication and that she no longer cares for Schwarzenegger. However, Liam reportedly is concerned that his girlfriend isn’t being honest, and the insider shared that he just might have a good reason to worry.

“Miley was in love with Patrick before he cheated on her, and he would love to have Miley back in his life.”

As for what might mend any cracks in their relationship because of these alleged issues, a double date with Cyrus, Hemsworth and one of her fellow Voice coaches’ partners might seem to be a possibility.

However, there’s also a clash there, according to Hollywood Life’s insider. While Miley likes the idea of going on a double date with a couple such as Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Liam wants to keep their romance private.

“[Hemsworth] isn’t interested in doing any type of double dating with Adam [Levine], Blake or even Alicia [Keys],” shared the source. “He kind of wants what he has with [Cyrus] just to be their own thing and isn’t interested in broadcasting it and being seen out at a restaurant with other couples.”

That leaves Miley with a conflict, but although the insider revealed that she “would like to change his mind,” she is trying to be respectful of her boyfriend. Moreover, the silver lining in their conflict is his sweet desire to become “more devoted to their relationship,” added the insider.

But for someone like Liam who prefers privacy, will Miley’s wild-child ways on The Voice cause issues in the future?

Radar Online reports that Cyrus cannot be tamed, citing a source who revealed that her wild-child ways have annoyed Voice coach Adam Levine.

“Miley showed up like she owned the place and Adam seems just really tired of her interjecting every single time he is speaking!” explained the insider.

The two are bickering on this season of The Voice, and when the cameras are turned off, the source revealed that the claws come out.

“Adam and Miley are at each other’s throats this season and Adam acts like he cannot stand her,” shared the insider.
