Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Are Engaged And Getting Married Soon?

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are currently enjoying their engagement as production on The Voice Season 11 continues. However, when it comes to taking the next step in their relationship, Cyrus and Hemsworth may be ready to walk down the aisle sooner rather than later.

Since Miley Cyrus stepped out with her Neil Lane engagement ring on, rumors have been swirling in regard to when she and Hemsworth will be getting married. While both Cyrus and Hemsworth have not yet confirmed a date, some reports suggest they could plan to get married at the end of this year.

Following an In Touch Weekly rumor on September 12 that claimed Miley Cyrus’ fiance had called off their wedding after feeling rushed, Rumorfix set the record straight, claiming the magazine was simply out of touch with reality. Around the same time, a second source confirmed that while Miley Cyrus may have been in a hurry to tie the knot months ago, she has since taken a step back as she enjoys the process of planning her upcoming ceremony.

Miley Cyrus has decided on “a small wedding” to Hemsworth, and the planning “is going great,” a source confirmed to Us Weekly. “They’re getting married on the beach.”

“Miley and Liam do not want gifts,” continued the source. “They’re going to ask all of their guests to donate to a charity of their choosing.”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth fell in love while filming The Last Song in 2010 and became engaged in 2012. However, after the release of Cyrus’ Bangerz album and her racy MTV Video Music Awards performance with Robin Thicke, she and her fiance called off their engagement and went their separate ways.

During their time off, Cyrus was linked to a number of celebrities, including actor/singer Jared Leto, rapper Mike Will Made It, and Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Hemsworth reportedly dated Nina Dobrev, January Jones, and Eiza Gonzalez.

While Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth kept their distance for about two years, they were rumored to have reconciled in late 2015, and by early 2016, they were confirmed to be back on. Then, just weeks later, Cyrus was seen with her engagement ring back on her finger.

“People will figure it out, they already have… They’re not dumb,” Hemsworth explained to GQ, via People Magazine, of the engagement rumors at that time.

Hemsworth went on to reveal that his decisions are made based on what will make him happy and what he feels is right. He also addressed his two-year break from Miley Cyrus, telling the magazine that it was “hard” to be apart but necessary for them both.

“We were going in different directions and it’s just what needed to happen. We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time – we both needed that,” he explained.

Weeks later, Hemsworth addressed rumors regarding his future wedding to Miley Cyrus, which may be taking place in Australia, where his family resides.

“Everyone’s happy,” Hemsworth told Entertainment Tonight’s Jennifer Peros earlier this month. “I’m happy. Yeah… I just find it’s easier to not talk about my personal life because usually I say the wrong thing, so it ends up just complicating things more. So, I feel like it’s better not to talk about it.”
