Did Big Black Congratulate Rob Dyrdek And His Wife Bryiana On Their New Baby?

Rob Dyrdek and Big Black used to be the best of friends, but unfortunately, the former Rob & Big co-stars had a falling out years ago due to the ongoing pressures of the MTV reality series.

Although the men don’t appear to be on bad terms at the moment, they have never rekindled their close friendship. Big Black has seemingly remained silent in regard to the recent news of the birth of Dyrdek’s first child, a baby boy, with wife Bryiana Dyrdek.

As Rob Dyrdek and his wife, formerly known as Bryiana Noelle Flores, adjust to their new lives as parents, Big Black has been sharing a number of tweets to his fans and followers online, but none of them have anything to do with his former co-stars’ first child, Kodah Dash Dyrdek. That said, one did mention his friendship with Dyrdek.

In a tweet shared on September 11, two men who looked similar to Rob Dyrdek and Big Black were seen posing together at Grand Valley State University. In the caption of the picture, Zach Emerson joked about the blast from the past.

While Big Black didn’t have any comments about the picture, he did retweet the post to his own audience on Twitter and included several laughing emojis.

After a Disney-themed proposal, Rob Dyrdek and his now-wife tied the knot in September of 2015. In March of this year, both parties confirmed their baby news with fans on Instagram.

“I love [Bryiana Dyrdek] in so many ways and on so many different levels,” Dyrdek wrote in his statement. “I could never create the words to express how deeply and truly I love her and us. When you have a forever love so great the ultimate way to express it is by creating a child together. I am so happy to announce my beautiful wife is pregnant with our first child. We are so blessed, so happy and look forward to bringing an amazing young boy into this world.”

At the same time, Bryiana shared a post of her own, which also spoke of her excitement for her child’s upcoming birth. Then, as time went on, Bryiana continued to keep fans in the loop with her pregnancy by sharing regular photos of her baby bump and updates with her audience.

Rob Dyrdek did the same and after welcoming Kodah Dash Dyrdek on September 9 and shared several photos of the child and his mother. He also told fans he feels incredibly blessed and thankful for his healthy baby boy.

In early 2016, following years of speculation into what happened between Rob Dyrdek and Big Black, Dyrdek spoke to Graham Bensinger during an episode of his talk show, In Depth with Graham Bensinger, and revealed why they went their separate ways after just three seasons of Rob & Big.

“It was a strange period, because both me and him… I had been a pro skateboarder for years, so transitioning into mainstream fame was relatively smooth where for him it was the idea that he was working security two years earlier and now he’s on television. It was a much different dynamic, but I think we both struggled with… I didn’t want to be known as Rob from Rob & Big, and I think he didn’t want to be known as the sidekick. So that created a lot of that tension between me and him,” Rob Dyrdek explained.
