Harry Styles May Be Simon Cowell’s Favorite, While Harry ‘Rekindles His Romance’ With Kendall Jenner

Harry Styles may be Simon Cowell’s favorite member of One Direction, according to Unreality TV.

Harry Styles has recently finished filming his first movie, Dunkirk, and although the singer doesn’t appear in the newly-released trailer for the film, Simon Cowell had nothing but kind words to say about the One Direction member when asked about him at a recent red carpet event.

According to J-14, the music producer gushed about Harry Styles’ role in the film, calling him “amazing,” and “incredible,” as well as being “a great guy.”

“I have heard he is amazing in it. I know people who worked on the movie and he is incredible in it, apparently. He will do well. He is a great guy.”

Meanwhile, Cowell had less than kind things to say about Harry Styles’ fellow singers Niall Horan and Liam Payne, both of whom fell out of the music producer’s good graces when they signed up for solo album contracts with rival record labels.

This is where it gets confusing because even Harry Styles didn’t sign up with Cowell’s SYCO recording label for his solo album, but according to Unreality TV, Cowell still supported Harry Styles’ decision because the “Live While We’re Young” singer stayed “within the Sony family” and let the X-Factor producer know about his decision ahead of time.

Unreality TV reports that Cowell said that he felt both betrayed and let down because Niall and Liam didn’t let him know about their decision ahead of time, whereas Harry Styles kept him informed every step of the way.

Is Simon Cowell being reasonable, or is he trying to retain too much control over the famous British singers, all of whom have earned phenomenal fame and success since first being discovered on the set of The X-Factor all those years ago?

In other news, fans can’t seem to get enough of Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner. People magazine reports that the celebrity couple keeps their fans guessing as to what is going on between them because they seem to spend as much time apart as they do together.

People magazine put together a history of Harry Styles’ on-again, off-again relationship with the famous Keeping up with the Kardashians star, noting that the young couple first made headlines back in November 2013, when they shared dinner together at a restaurant in West Hollywood and left together in Harry Styles’ car. At the time, their representatives were adamant that the pair were “just friends,” and Kendall seemed to confirm this by posting a tweet that she was single.

Then in early January 2014, the then-19-year-old Harry Styles and 18-year-old Kendall Jenner were spotted skiing together in California, with reports at the time that there was a lot of “flirting and smiling” going on.

Next came their famous yacht vacation in St. Barts, where the pair were spotted kissing and hanging out with Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi.

A few days later, Jenner’s sister, Khloe Kardashian, confirmed in an interview that Harry Styles was, in fact, dating her sister, but that she didn’t know the “title” that they were choosing to use.

“They were hanging out together. Do I think they’re dating? Yes. I don’t know if they’re like boyfriend-girlfriend.”

Next came a sighting at a music agent’s birthday party in January this year, followed by a shopping trip in Los Angeles in April.

Now, the latest news is that earlier this month Harry Styles was seen with the model on a dinner date in Los Angeles, with a source telling People magazine that the pair has rekindled their old romance.

“They’re rekindling their old romance and Kendall’s so excited and happy about it. She’s always cared for Harry.”

Whether these few and far between sightings are really enough to consider Harry Styles’ relationship with the famous model a “romance” remains to be seen, as there is every chance that the pair really are just good friends, or perhaps even little more than casual acquaintances who spend time together a few times a year.
