Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez Back Together? Jennifer Garner Furious After Catching Him Texting His Ex

Ben Affleck has his mind set on winning back Jennifer Lopez.

Ace Showbiz reports that Affleck has been trying to rekindle things with Lopez via text messages, which hasn’t gone over well with his estranged wife, Jennifer Garner. How did Garner react to her husband’s latest antics?

Affleck was allegedly texting Lopez during his latest birthday celebration. Affleck tried to keep his conversation with Lopez a secret, but Garner quickly caught on.

“He kept slipping away to check his phone, and Jen eventually began to wonder who it was he felt compelled to contact so often,” an insider revealed.

Garner’s suspicions got the best of her and she soon discovered that Affleck had been texting his ex-fiancee the entire time. The revelation led to a huge fight and put any hopes of a reconciliation on the back burner.

According to NDTV, the possibility of Affleck getting back with Garner looked great until he tried to get back with Lopez.

“Everyone thought she and Ben were on the road to reconciliation,” the source continued. “But his reaching out to J. Lo made her question what’s really going through Ben’s mind, not to mention his heart.”

Affleck spent his birthday in Montana with Garner and their three children.

Although the estranged coupled announced their divorce over a year ago, they continue to spend time together as they raise their three kids – Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.

They have not finalized their divorce.

Since returning from their Montana getaway, Affleck and Garner were seen in Brentwood this week. The pair took some time together to watch their kids return to school for another year.

Later, Garner was spotted picking up the girls all by herself.

Affleck and Garner have yet to comment on the latest round of rumors surrounding their divorce.

While fans wait to see if Ben Affleck will get back with Lopez, Gossip Cop is reporting that the Batman v Superman star isn’t trying to rekindle things with his former lover.

A source told the outlet that is “no truth” to the rumors surrounding Affleck and Lopez.

Unfortunately, it still isn’t clear if that means Affleck is trying to work things out with Garner or if he is pursuing other options.

Until more information is leaked, it is difficult to tell what is happening between Affleck and Garner.

In the meantime, Affleck is busy working on his latest movie, Live by Night.

According to Rolling Stone, Affleck has already released the first trailer for the film, in which he both starred and directed.

Live by Night is adapted from Dennis Lehane’s novel. The story follows Affleck’s Joe Coughlin as he falls deeper and deeper into corruption and crime.

Eventually, Coughlin becomes a notorious gangster who operates a bootlegging business in Florida.

“We all find ourselves in lives we didn’t expect,” Coughlin shared in the video, which is filled with violent scenes. “I realized to be free in this life, breaking the rules meant nothing. You had to be strong enough to make your own.”

The upcoming flick marks Affleck’s return to directing since his award-winning movie, Argo, in 2012.

Affleck and Leonardo DiCaprio produced the film, along with Jennifer Todd from Memento and Jennifer Davisson Killoran from The Revenant.

Apart from Affleck, the movie boasts a star-studded lineup, including Sienna Miller, Zoe Saldana, Chris Cooper, Chris Messina, Elle Fanning and Brendan Gleeson.

In addition to Live by Night, Affleck is preparing for his role in the new standalone Batman movie. Affleck with reprise his role as the caped crusader and will direct the project.

Live by Night is scheduled to hit theaters in January, check out a preview below.
