Julian Assange Makes Claims That Hillary Clinton Threatened Bernie Sanders To Drop Out Of Presidential Race? [Updated]

Julian Assange recently made claims that Hillary Clinton, 68, threatened Bernie Sanders, 75, to drop out of the presidential race, as alleged by Your News Wire on Thursday. Assange, a 45-year-old Australian journalist who founded the news leaks website WikiLeaks in 2006, reportedly said in an interview with fellow Australian journalist John Pilger that Clinton somehow forced Sanders to drop out of the race.

According to Julian Assange, Clinton’s camp allegedly threatened Sanders’ wife, Jane, to get Sanders to drop out and join Democratic voters in supporting Clinton’s campaign.

“Bernie Sanders was an independent candidate trying to get the nomination through the Democratic Party, and if you ask me he did get the nomination, but he was threatened to drop out!”

If this alleged announcement by Julian Assange isn’t shocking enough to the American voting public, the Kremlin reportedly says they can back the WikiLeaks founder’s claims with tangible evidence. Your News Wire published an article on Thursday stating that the Moscow Kremlin is sitting on an email — allegedly, one of 10,000 emails from Hillary Clinton herself — that provides proof of Clinton’s alleged shakedown of Sanders prior to the Democratic National Convention in July. According to Kremlin sources, the Clinton campaign allegedly “sent their goons” to threaten Jane Sanders in an attempt to get Bernie to end his campaign before the convention.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, 63, allegedly had this email in his possession when Julian Assange broke the news that Sanders had been threatened out of continuing to run against Clinton for the 2016 U.S. presidential election, which is coming up in November. The Kremlin has allegedly known about Clinton’s unsecured personal email account since at least 2013 — the now very infamous email account from where this condemning email allegedly came from.

If Putin did, in fact, happen to come into possession of thousands of emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server, then he probably did through Romanian hacker Guccifer, who’s also responsible for a number of other high-level computer security breaches in the U.S., according to the New York Times.

Just this last May, Guccifer confessed that he had hacked Clinton’s private server and even exposed her private email address. Putin allegedly keeps the thousands of Clinton’s leaked emails under lock and key on his laptop, and he denies that Julian Assange has information from any of them in his possession — at least, the Kremlin denies giving WikiLeaks copies of any of the emails. But Assange says he can release incriminating emails that provide proof that Clinton threatened Sanders to drop out of the race, and, allegedly, the Kremlin says they can substantiate those claims. Moscow’s citadel claims the emails from Clinton’s private server contain evidence that Jane Sanders, 65, was physically threatened by Clinton’s campaign.

USA Supreme said in an article in August that supporters of Bernie Sanders are just waiting for Julian Assange to make the next email dump. In fact, Assange has promised that he will release those damning leaked emails that will substantiate his recent claims that Clinton bullied Sanders into quitting his campaign in support of her own.

“We have more info, and we will publish everything when the time is right. Some of these materials can get Hillary Clinton to lose the nomination.”

John Pilger, who’s based in the United Kingdom and is very critical of American foreign policy, plans to use the Julian Assange interview in a new documentary, which will be the second Pilger documentary that Assange has been featured in. It’s no secret that Pilger, 76, has supported Julian Assange, even posting bail for the WikiLeaks editor-in-chief in 2010, saying that Julian Assange is a “rare truth-teller,” and that smearing Assange is shameful.

Julian Assange has even said himself that material published on WikiLeaks is hard to take down due to an infrastructure put in place using both “technical and legal techniques.” Assange said in August in another video interview with John Pilger that, to date, he’s had a 100 percent success rate of keeping material on WikiLeaks once it’s published.

According to World News Politics, Hillary Clinton is on to Julian Assange and his plans to publish the leaked email that allegedly shows proof she threatened Bernie Sanders into dropping out of the race. But Assange counters Clinton’s fears, saying that he also has some material about Sanders that will be published soon, even urging anyone with authentic information about Sanders to come forward.

“Of course, we’re very interested in revealing the truth about any candidate, and, yes, we have some material about Bernie Sanders that will be published!”

Update: Snopes published an article on Friday stating that the alleged claim Julian Assange made recently about Hillary Clinton forcing Bernie Sanders to drop out of the presidential race is completely false. Snopes goes on to say that the alleged interview between John Pilger and Julian Assange is also completely made up, and parts of the fake interview are actually taken from an interview that Assange had in July with American journalist Amy Goodman, host of the popular news program, Democracy Now! The transcript of the original interview is published on DemocracyNow.org, where readers can see that Goodman, not Pilger, actually asked Assange what he feels are the most significant emails he’s released. Snopes explains that the completely fabricated interview containing the false claim was aggregated to several “questionable” websites on Thursday and Friday, which quickly sent the story to the top of Facebook’s trending news topics.
