Vicki Gunvalson Says Meghan’s Pregnancy Is Exciting Despite Bashing Jimmy Edmonds

Vicki Gunvalson may not be close friends with Meghan King Edmonds these days, especially since Meghan felt betrayed by Gunvalson last year. While Vicki kept denying that she knew something about the Brooks Ayers cancer scandal, King Edmonds was convinced that she knew something and that she was lying about her involvement in the scandal.

On this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki got airlifted to the hospital near Meghan after a horrible dune buggy accident and her co-stars wanted Meghan to visit Gunvalson in the hospital. The drama plays out on next week’s episode, but despite their differences, Vicki is happy for her co-star and her pregnancy.

According to a new Bravo report, Vicki Gunvalson is now revealing that she was happy for Meghan when she got the positive pregnancy test from her doctor. It is clear that she’s very happy to be pregnant after going through the IVF procedure and Vicki Gunvalson did extend an olive branch to her co-star in the form of a gift. Gunvalson is speaking quite fondly of her co-star now that she’s pregnant.

“When I watched the news of Meghan and Jim finding out they are pregnant, it was so exciting. She is at the perfect age to start a family and I know she will be a great mother. She went through a lot to get pregnant, and receiving the call that her test was positive was all worth it. It’s tough to know what Jimmy was really feeling once he heard the news, but I have to believe he is ecstatic. There is nothing that bonds a marriage more than having a child of your own together and I am sure once their little baby is brought into the world his emotions will be different,” Vicki Gunvalson revealed in her Bravo blog about this week’s episode.

While Gunvalson hasn’t been involved in the pregnancy, she has been vocal about how happy she is for Edmonds now that she’s expecting her first child. Last year, when Vicki and the ladies traveled together, Gunvalson learned just how important a baby was to Meghan, so she understands the happiness she’s experiencing these days. But Vicki has revealed that she’s not happy with the way Jimmy isn’t very supportive of his wife these days.

Jimmy has made plenty of headlines in the media recently, as he hasn’t exactly been thrilled at this pregnancy. He has missed several appointments and he has chosen to play golf instead of attending the doctor’s appointments with his wife. One can imagine that Vicki Gunvalson would want her husband to be more excited if she was going through this IVF process alone, so she may understand Meghan’s frustrations.

But Vicki’s co-star is busy with the arrival of her baby girl. She’s been very busy planning out the nursery, picking out the fabrics, and choosing the color scheme for the baby’s room.

“We want the nursery to be pink and grey. And we want it to just be really girly,” Meghan has revealed about her baby plans, according to Radar Online.

“I want our nursery to look baby. I want to take advantage of the baby moments and the baby time frame because she’s gonna grow up so fast! She can be my little doll for several years before she can form an opinion.”
