Is Miley Cyrus Dead? Report Suggests She Was Found In Her Bathtub After ‘Prescription Pill Overdose’

Was Miley Cyrus found dead in her bathtub after suffering a prescription pill overdose? That’s what a new report suggests.

On September 5, Now8News reportedly published a report claiming the “Wrecking Ball” singer had been discovered lifeless by her entourage at her Hollywood, California home.

“Los Angeles investigators are trying to determine the cause of death. Officials refused to comment on reports that the famed actress/singer drowned from a prescription pill overdose. They have, however, made it clear that there were no signs of foul play,” the outlet revealed to readers, according to a report by Hollywood Life.

According to Hollywood Life, the report was not only untrue but also not current. Apparently, the outlet simply updated an old article, which claimed Miley Cyrus had suffered a drug overdose.

Meanwhile, not only is Miley Cyrus alive and well, she appears to be quite happy as she and her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, prepare to tie the knot after reconciling their relationship at the end of last year.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth began dating in 2010 and got engaged in 2012. However, as the singer began to channel a much edgier version of herself, things between them appeared to become strained and after Cyrus’ racy VMA performance in 2013, they officially called off their engagement.

During their time apart, Miley Cyrus was linked to Mike Will Made It, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Jared Leto. At the same time, Hemsworth was linked to January Jones, Eiza Gonzalez, and Nina Dobrev.

While Miley Cyrus and her fiance stayed apart for over two years, they ultimately reconciled at the end of 2015 and within weeks, Cyrus was spotted with her engagement ring back on. Since then, the couple has been dodging all sorts of rumors regarding their relationship, the latest of which suggested they had secretly tied the knot after discovering Cyrus was pregnant.

“Miley’s been telling friends she’s pregnant,” an insider told Life & Style magazine, via Gossip Cop. “And as soon as Liam heard the news, he insisted they make it legal. They secretly got married and now it’s all about the baby!”

“The pregnancy wasn’t planned, but Miley is thrilled that she’s expecting, Liam is so excited about becoming a dad, too,” the source claimed.

As for their alleged wedding, the source claimed Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth got married in Malibu, California.

“Miley and her man exchanged vows in front of a small group of family and friends at their Malibu home,” the source revealed. “They’ll have a bigger wedding later. They exchanged rings, but nothing flashy.”

As the Miley Cyrus death rumor continues to swirl, the singer has remained active on social media and most recently shared a throwback photo of herself.

“My 1st birffffday….. My dad says nothin has changed about me as I’ve gotten older,” she captioned the cute photo.

For the past several weeks, Miley Cyrus has been filming for the upcoming season of The Voice Season 11, which premieres later this month on NBC. Following the exits of Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams, Cyrus joined the show with her fellow new coach Alicia Keys.

Although there have been tons of rumors swirling about Miley Cyrus’ alleged on-set feud with Adam Levine, a Gossip Cop report last week said there was no truth to the reports.
