Emily Blunt Gives Up Hot Roles, But Not Net Worth, As She Furthers Movie Career With Husband John Krasinski And Baby Girls

Emily Blunt is trying to get more serious roles to boost her net worth and advance her movie career. While she had some hot roles in Devil Wears Prada and Young Victoria, she is delving into some darker and high-profile movies to get her career going. At least her husband, John Krasinski, and her baby girls are in full support of her.

In fact, her husband sang praises about Emily Blunt recently — as an actress, wife and mother of their two baby daughters.

“My wife is my hero in every single way. Truly every single day I’m blown away by her,” he said in the interview according to InStyle Magazine. The 36-year-old continued, “So I’m always looking to her for inspiration.”

John Krasinski was also in total admiration of her acting abilities, even though she is totally occupied with being mother of two and getting cast in awesome movies. He said that she was so immersed in her character in Girl on the Train that he did not even recognize her.

“For the first time ever,” he said, “I forgot it was my wife.”

The 33-year-old actress took some time off after giving birth to her second baby. She did not announce it until weeks after — and only then, her husband, John Krasinski, took the initiative to let her fans know.

“What better way to celebrate the 4th… than to announce our 4th family member!!!” John tweeted. “2 weeks ago we met our beautiful daughter Violet #Happy4th.”

Before her second daughter, Violet, came along, the actress made sure to hang out with her eldest baby girl.

Last week, Emily was caught “her hands full with two-year-old daughter Hazel and belongings while out in Studio City,” reports Daily Mail.

The Into The Woods actress flexed her mom muscles as she enjoyed the bonding lunch outing with her eldest child. Emily looked to be in fantastic shape for just giving birth to second daughter Violet just a month ago. Along with carrying her daughter, Emily put on a juggling act as she also lugged around a towel, denim jacket and large brown leather designer bag.

With no time to lose, Emily Blunt jumped right back into her Hollywood schedule. Girl on the Train will be released this fall that will showcase a new side of her acting abilities. If she keeps up with this, her net worth as an actress might skyrocket.

Girl on the Train is a psychological thriller that involves a recently divorced woman, “who witnesses something strange happen on the night that a woman she sees every day from the window of her commuter train — Megan Hipwell (Haley Bennett) — is murdered,” according to Time.

But the British actress swears that her life is not as glamorous as others think it is.

“People can make assumptions based on what they see on the red carpet, but that’s not my life,” Emily said according to Time. “There’s nothing real about it.”

When her husband isn’t singing praises about her, he is also busy working on his film career.

But he speaks about his family with more pride.

“All the clichés of parenting are true and you feel all sort of new things,” he said to Time. “[Hazel’s] amazing. She really loves the baby and I think there is this idea of, ‘Oh my God, she is adorable.’ I mean when a 2-and-a-half-year-old hugs a newborn baby it’s one of the cutest things you will ever see.”
