Kourtney Kardashian Wows In Swimsuit: How She Lost 45 Pounds After Baby


Yes, Kourtney Kardashian looks as good in a swimsuit in real life as she does on her Cosmopolitan cover. The 37-year-old, who’s the October 2016 cover girl, has been donning a lot of swimsuits during her recent trip to Capri with her mom, Kris Jenner.

Kourtney Kardashian was seen making a splash as she jumped off a private yacht into the clear blue waters, reports TMZ. Kardashian was just photographed wearing a black one-piece swimsuit. The busy mom-of-three has been spending some time in the sun on her recent trip to Capri, Italy, during the Labor Day weekend.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star has shared a series of photos to her Instagram account, including one of herself and Jenner, 60, along with the caption “Mamma.” In the photo below, both women are seen wearing print dresses while wearing sunglasses and slicked back hair, reports Us Weekly.

Kardashian’s photos reveal that she’s in the best shape of her life. She recently posed on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine wearing a white bodysuit with lace-up ties. In another photo, Kardashian is seen wearing a similar black one-piece swimsuit that features sexy cut-outs.

She has been taking to Instagram to show off her incredible body following her 45-pound post-baby weight loss. Kardashian’s weight loss was achieved through an organic diet, waist training and exercise, reports Celebrity Health Fitness. To keep her thighs and butt cellulite-free, the reality star uses Mama Mio Shrink to Fit Hip and Thigh Cream and Uptown Anti-Cellulite Hot Cream. Kardashian also uses ghee (clarified butter) to prevent wrinkles and to speed up the weight loss, along with coconut oil to keep her long locks lustrous.

“I love using coconut oil for everything,” she said. “You can literally use it on your hair, skin, body, it does everything.”

Kardashian starts every morning with one teaspoon of ghee and a cup of green tea with honey. Green tea has also been credited for aiding weight loss, preventing cancer, and boosting one’s metabolism.

“I drink green tea with Manuka Doctor honey, and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables,” said Kardashian in an interview. “I try to eat gluten-free and dairy-free.”

Back in April, Kardashian spilled some of her beauty and fitness secrets to E! News. She revealed exactly what she does to stay in shape. Kardashian has been working out a lot more lately, and she said that it helps to have her sister Khloe Kardashian motivate her.

“I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that.”

Kardashian often trains with Don Brooks, working out three to five times a week for 45-minute to one-hour sessions, according to another E! News report. However, she can’t get her incredible body just by working out, reports Perez Hilton. Kardashian also confessed that she follows a super-strict diet.

“I think what you put into your body with food and how much water you drink… I think it’s just as important what you put inside as what you put on your skin. So right this second, we’re doing gluten-free, dairy-free and so are my kids. We’re doing six weeks.”

She loves to rely on her favorite meals such as her no-carb signature salad, which has avocados, hard-boiled eggs, chicken, and tomatoes. It’s no secret that Kardashian loves eating avocados. She’s often seen eating her three-ingredient avocado pudding on recent episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
