Meghan King Edmonds Forcing Husband Into Big Changes: Will This Marriage Last?

Meghan King Edmonds knows what she wants, and she will do just about anything to get it. When she joined The Real Housewives of Orange County, she had just gotten married to Jimmy Edmonds and was embracing her role as a step-mother. But it was clear that King Edmonds really wanted her own children, and she really wanted to experience the joys and experience of pregnancy. Meghan told her husband that she wanted a child with him, even though he had four children already and had received a vasectomy. But it sounds like a baby isn’t the only thing that Meghan may have pushed her husband into.

According to a new Instagram post, Meghan King Edmonds is now revealing that she may have gotten their dog without Jimmy’s permission. It’s no secret that the dog is always with King Edmonds, but Jimmy does take care of it when she’s not around. But it sounds like he had no interest in having a dog, especially since he’s getting ready to take on the father role once again. In a new Instagram post, Meghan reveals that her husband doesn’t even like dogs.

“Me: ‘Babe, what’s your favorite kind of dog?’ Jimmy: ‘I don’t like dogs’…as he loads Girly Girl’s stroller onto the back of his golf cart! UH HUH! (I never asked him to do this btw, it was completely on his own accord.),” Meghan King Edmonds has revealed on her Instagram, sharing that her husband really doesn’t even like dogs even though he’s taking care of their dog, Girly Girl.

As fans know, Meghan actually told her husband that she wanted a child with him and would leave him if he didn’t agree with her. Since he had undergone a vasectomy before they met, they would have to do IVF and use his frozen sperm. While he could have easily said no, Meghan King Edmonds pressured him into doing it by giving him an ultimatum.

“I think I said, ‘Baby, or no me at all,'” Meghan King Edmonds told People magazine, according to Bravo. “All or nothing.”

King Edmonds got some negative criticism when she revealed that she had given Jimmy an ultimatum. It is clear that she really wanted a child, and she’s already open to having more children even though her baby girl hasn’t even arrived yet. King Edmonds has been open and honest about her IVF process, and she revealed that she felt pregnant as soon as she was inseminated at the clinic.

“I know the girls were laughing when I said I thought I was pregnant, but I swear I thought I felt my babies implant! My girl was more developed than my boy when they were transferred and that’s why I thought she implanted first. Looking back, I think I felt a leftover twinge from my left ovary (I had a couple cysts that burst which is common). As for my boy, I now think that was actually my girl implanting because the placenta was in the exact place I felt it. I don’t think my baby boy ever implanted,” Meghan King Edmonds reveals about her pregnancy on her Bravo blog for The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Meghan has denied that she and her husband were having marital struggles, and she downplayed any and all divorce rumors on her social media recently. However, it sounds like Meghan is still pushing her husband to do things he may not want, including having a dog and another baby. One can imagine she will convince him to have another baby in a few years, as she hinted on Twitter that she was already thinking about a second child.
