‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam’s Fate Seems Dire, Chelsea Panics, Billy Nudges Phyllis, And Victoria Shows Off Travis

Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday’s show tease that big moments are on the way. Chloe found Adam at the cabin and shot him with a tranquilizer dart as Chelsea, Nick, and Connor returned to the place it exploded. Where are things headed in the September 2 episode?

Dylan had received a lead on Chelsea’s car, and Young and Restless spoilers from SheKnows Soaps share that he will work with Paul and Kevin to try to track her down. At the cabin, Chelsea will be hysterical as she watches the cabin burn, and Nick rushes to grab her. A woman will show up and indicate that she doesn’t know what happened before they arrived, and Nick says that they need to get out of there.

Paul and Dylan will end up at the hotel room where Connor was treated, and they get a call about the cabin situation. Young and the Restless spoilers note that a witness shared that there was a child there with a man and a woman, and the two rush off to check it out. They will talk to the witness when they arrive and determine that the cabin explosion was done to throw them off the trail, and they work to find the nearest airstrip.

Nick gets Chelsea and Connor to the airfield, and Young and Restless spoilers detail that she will be devastated to see that her husband isn’t there. She is hesitant to get on the plane without her husband, but Nick tries to persuade her, and things get intense. She starts to wonder if someone orchestrated all of this, and they both admit that Victor was the only other person who knew all of the details. She is livid, thinking that this all was Victor’s work, and she wants Nick to take care of him.

The plane will take off just as Dylan and Paul get to the airstrip, and Young and Restless spoilers note that they will find a stuffed dinosaur of Connor’s on the ground. Later, Chloe re-enters the penthouse through the secret passageway and heads down to talk to Kevin, of course pretending that she had been upstairs the whole time. Kevin will be trying to track down Chelsea, and he admits some confusion over Adam not being with her in the photo he can find online.

During a moment where Kevin is away from his laptop, Chloe will sneak a peek, and viewers will find out that she had put a tracking device into Connor’s dinosaur. However, Young and Restless spoilers tease that she will be stunned to see Chelsea come down the stairs, obviously having used the passageway herself. She reveals that Connor is fine, but she melts down as she talks about Adam and what happened. As she details it all, Paul arrives at the door.

Victoria and Travis will head to the ranch, and Young and Restless spoilers share that she will introduce him to everybody as her boyfriend. They all talk about the Amber Alert, and Victor will apparently be a bit snarky toward Travis. Once they leave, Victor will tell Nikki that he can’t reach out to Chelsea and Adam without risking the plan.

Phyllis told Billy about Jill’s blackmail, and Young and Restless spoilers reveal that he will push her to shake things up. He talks about how much he loves her, and he notes that he doesn’t have the kids and they can go spend time together. However, Jack will arrive and talk about what happened at the Newman ranch. Soon, they talk about having a family dinner, and Ashley ends up in on it as well.

The group will head to the Club for dinner, and Young and Restless spoilers note that Ashley will urge Billy to reach out to Victoria to join them. He talks about Jill’s antics and Ashley questions what Jill is holding over her son’s head. Much to Phyllis’ dismay, Billy says that Jill does indeed have something on him, but he ends up saying that it’s regarding Victoria and Travis.

Victoria and Travis will end up at the Club as well, and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that they will not be shy about showing affection for one another. They don’t stick around for long, but it sounds as if Billy will end up working to convince Ashley that he’s fine with Victoria’s new relationship. He indicates that he’s ready to move on himself, and Jack toasts to seeing his brother get everything he wants.

During a moment alone, Phyllis questions Billy’s antics and he taunts her about what they have between them. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that they will hold hands under the table, and soon Jack will look stunned as he hangs up from a phone call. Did he get a call about the Adam situation, or did he see his wife and his brother holding hands? In addition, Nick heads to the ranch and tears into his father for seemingly orchestrating the explosion that appears to have killed Adam.

Is Adam really dead? The show may be anxious to make it look that way, but it is likely that Justin Hartley is just heading off on his break to promote his new NBC show, This Is Us. However, it is not known whether Hartley will return to the role or if the character may end up off the canvas for an extended period of time or eventually be recast. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that there is plenty more angst to come on this front, and fans will not want to miss where things head next.
