Girl Scout cookie boxes are up for a make over for the upcoming yearly sales season, according to an announcement by the organization on Friday.

The cookie box design will show five of the entrepreneurial skills that the $790 million business teaches the girls in their program, reports The Chicago Tribune.

Girl Scouts of the USA Chief Executive Anna Maria Chavez stated:

“We have more than 50 million cookie customers across the country, and the cookie box is the most tangible and powerful way for us to communicate directly with consumers.”

The skills displayed on the cookie boxes will be goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. The boxes will include the group’s signature trefoil emblem, along with pictures of girls kayaking, working in a park, speaking at scout events, and other activities.

Reuters notes that the Girl Scout cookie boxes’ new look is part of a brand renewal as the organization, which has 3.2 million members, marks its 100th anniversary. The last makeover of the cookie boxes was in 1999.

The redesign was done by Anthem Worldwide, who is a unit of marketing group Schawk Inc. Pictures were taken by David Hume Kennerly, a Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer. The pictures were taken in the New York area.

The highly anticipated Girl Scout Cookie Program begins in October and runs through May. Sales typically peak in late January or early February.

The Girl Scout cookie box redesign will be featured on the new boxes this season.
