‘Teen Mom 2’ Kailyn Lowry Wants To Get Back With Javi Marroquin? ‘It Would Just Take Time’

Is there a possibility of Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin getting back together?

Although the reality stars confirmed their plans for divorce during the seventh season of Teen Mom 2, a new interview seems to hint that there may be at least a slight possibility that Lowry and Marroquin will ultimately end up together.

“I think it would just take time,” Kailyn Lowry explained of getting back together with her estranged husband Marroquin, according to a report by OK! Magazine on August 29. “We have different visions for our near future, so I think it would just be a while.”

During the seventh season of Teen Mom 2, Kailyn Lowry and her husband were seen at odds over the idea of expanding their family. While Kailyn Lowry was in agreement at the end of last year and ultimately got pregnant with her third child, which she sadly miscarried, she changed her mind after the loss and no longer wants to have a child. Meanwhile, Marroquin claimed during the show that if Lowry didn’t want to have more kids with him, they simply had no future.

Months later, Marroquin appeared to suggest that his marriage to Kailyn Lowry had actually ended due to cheating — not their dispute over family planning.

“I found out a lot of things while I was overseas that was a deal breaker,” he explained to Radar Online. “It was too much damage that can’t be undone.”

Kailyn Lowry’s husband was deployed earlier this year and remained in Qatar until earlier this month.

“I have screen shots, I have texts and I have pictures,” he continued, hinting that cheating was involved in their split. “They’re saved on a lot of different things just in case. When the time is right, what’s done in the night will show in the light.”

While Marroquin didn’t come right out and say that Kailyn Lowry had cheated on him, he did say that he had proof of something she did. That said, he further stated in a second interview that he had forgiven Lowry for whatever it was.

“I just found out a lot of things while I was deployed, and I’m finally okay with it,” he told In Touch Weekly magazine. “I forgave her… We all make mistakes, but I can’t tell you how much love I have for Kail.”

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin got married in 2012 and in 2013, they celebrated their marriage with a ceremony at the Adventure Aquarium in New Jersey.

Throughout the couple’s marriage, their disputes were often seen on Teen Mom 2, and during Season 6, Kailyn Lowry questioned whether or not they should get divorced. However, after going to counseling, she and Marroquin were able to work through their issues and decided to stay together. Then, after Lowry’s miscarriage, things between them appeared to fall apart.

During the Teen Mom 2 Season 7 reunion special earlier this year, Kailyn Lowry claimed Marroquin wasn’t there for her when she needed him after the loss of her third child. Instead, Marroquin reportedly blamed Lowry for the miscarriage, but later took back his hurtful words, claiming that he didn’t really believe it.

In addition to her son with Marroquin, two-year-old Lincoln, Kailyn Lowry is mom to six-year-old Isaac from her past relationship with Jo Rivera.

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin are expected to return to MTV later this year or early next year for the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2.
