Hilary Swank is selling her fabulous $10 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades. The Oscar-winning actress bought her estate on the California coast for $5.8 million 2007 and is set to make a nice little profit on the luxurious home, not an easy task in today’s struggling real estate market.

The Million Dollar Baby star is reportedly asking $9.495 million for the 6,722-square foot mansion. Hilary Swank’s lavish California home includes seven bathrooms, six elegant bedrooms, a home theater, a swimming pool, and a gym, according to Radar Online. The opulent mansion features hardwood floors, dark beamed ceilings, and classic wrought-iron ornamental details. The incredible master suite includes a walk-in closet nearly any woman would love, a bathroom large enough to store beauty must-haves out of the way, and an attached terrace, according to Zillow.

A Spanish-tiled roof adds a bit of rustic flare to the spacious balconies and sun deck. The views from the Swank home are reportedly amazing. The Boys Don’t Cry leading lady was able to sip her morning juice while taking in views of both downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific.

The mansion was built in a Mediterranean style in 1928. Hilary had the property restored by Marc Appleton & Associates and designer Mark Zeff. The movie star’s mansion is located at 439 Paseo Miramar in the exclusive Pacific Palisades area.

If the future owners enjoy the great outdoors and healthy lifestyle activities as much as Hilary Swank, the nearby rugged hiking trail with be an added bonus. The sale of the Pacific Palisades estate comes on the heels of the star’s breakup with longtime significant other, John Campisi. Swank and the talent agent reportedly called it quits in May.
