Video claims to show Michael Jackson alive

A video currently doing the rounds alleges to show Michael Jackson alive and well at the Los Angeles coroners office.

According to a caption left with one copy of the video (it’s being uploaded in multiple places, so it’s hard to tell who was first) the “video shows that Michael was still alive after his dead body was transported to the Los Angeles Dept. of Coroner. I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van, his dead body has been in.”

The problem with the Michael Jackson alive video is that it doesn’t really show much at all. It does show someone existing the coroners van, but all you see is their back, and maybe a hint of Michael Jackson clothing…but nothing else.

There’s also no way of knowing when the footage was taken, so even if we agree Michael Jackson, or someone dressed liked him was getting out the van, you can’t date it, which means it could have been taken at any time.

We’re thinking likely hoax at this stage, but given how strange Michael Jackson’s life was, it’s also not 100% impossible either. Either way, you can be the judge:
