Britney Spears, James Corden ‘Carpool Karaoke’: Trending Video Filled With Inappropriate Jokes And High Notes [Video]

Britney Spears and James Corden teamed up for “Carpool Karaoke” on The Late Late Show last night (August 25). The trending video already has more than a half a million views on YouTube and is filled with hilariously inappropriate jokes and high notes.

Corden’s “Carpool Karaoke” skits are known for their fun, impromptu moments while he and his guest sing along to the star’s biggest hits.

Spears and Corden were on point with each other, harmonizing to “Oops!…I Did It Again,” “Toxic,” and even throwing it back to Spears’ first major hit, “Baby One More Time.”

Even Britney herself didn’t know the meaning of the lyrics to the famous tune, “Oops!…I Did It Again,” according to Variety.

“I really don’t know, I think it’s just a song.”

Britney Spears paid tribute to her first music video by rocking a gray cardigan and white oxford shirt resembling her infamous schoolgirl uniform from the music video. Corden also joined in on the fun in his own cardigan and braided wig.

While riding along, Spears opened up to Corden, telling him that she has been known to use the alias Anita Dick when checking into hotels. Try saying that a few times fast while holding a straight face. Brit could barely hold in her laughter and admitted to loving the immature humor.

The pop star also revealed that she would like to have three more children, although she has said she is “done with men.”

“I think I might not ever go to men again, ever do the whole men thing anymore, or get married. I mean, I may French kiss someone, but I’m not going to marry anyone. I don’t believe in marriage anymore.”

Britney’s appearance on The Late Late Show was perfectly timed with her latest album release, Glory. The album was officially released just moments before Spears stepped into the car to do “Carpool Karaoke” with Corden.

Glory is Britney Spears’ ninth studio album. The starlet released a song from the album back in July, “Make Me.” The song is a collaboration with rapper, G-Eazy.

The music video for the song was directed by the acclaimed David LaChapelle. Spears posted a sneak peak on her Instagram with G-Eazy, showing off her fit body.

Spears recently told E! News about what a special process the making of Glory was to her.

“It’s very exciting…I’ve been working on this project for a year and a half now, almost two years so it really means a lot to me. It’s my baby.

“It’s a little melodic, a little more not so poppy. It’s kind of chill. Very chill.”

Glory is not an Apple Music exclusive release. The album was also released on Spotify and other streaming services as well. It was previously assumed by the media that because Spears had only mentioned Apple Music and no other streaming services when discussing her album that it was an Apple exclusive, at least upon initial release.

Spears is set to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (August 28).

Corden has had quite the roster of celebrity passengers to ride along with him for “Carpool Karaoke,” including Michelle Obama, Demi Lovato, Mariah Carey, One Direction, Justin Bieber, and Adele. The “Hello” singer’s appearance on “Carpool Karaoke” has 123 million views on YouTube.

This “Carpool Karaoke” with Selena Gomez video has over 44 million views on YouTube.

Just a few weeks ago, Corden did a special “Carpool Karaoke” with the 2016 Olympic Swim Team.
