Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Wedding Details Revealed: Where And When Will They Get Married?
Miley Cyrus is reportedly engaged and preparing to marry her fiance, actor Liam Hemsworth.
While the couple has been extremely quiet in regard to their romance and plans for a wedding since reconciling late last year, Cyrus continues to step out with her Neil Lane engagement ring and recently, several details regarding their upcoming ceremony were shared.
“As unique as [Miley Cyrus] is in her style and how she treats life, she does want a to steer towards a traditional wedding,” an insider revealed to Hollywood Life on August 25. “She wants the flowing white dress, she wants the ceremony to be big and very family oriented and she also wants to go through all the traditional wedding happenings that people are familiar with, since she knows that will make Liam very happy.”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth initially became engaged in 2012 after 2 years of dating, but called it quits in 2013. At the time, Miley Cyrus had been exhibiting some odd behavior, which she topped off with a racy performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. During the show, she took the stage with Robin Thicke for a duet of “Blurred Lines” and twerked on the singer in a nude outfit.
Although Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth kept their distance from one another for 2 years after their split, and dated other people in the meantime, they ultimately chose to get back together in late 2015, and by early 2016, Miley Cyrus’ engagement ring was back on.
Now, as they reportedly plan to wed, rumors continue to swirl in regard to when and where they will do so.
According to the latest report, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth would love to tie the knot soon, but because of their busy schedules, they will likely have to wait until next year.
“As much as they both want a wedding to happen soon, this year doesn’t appear to be the time for it to happen. They are working towards making their relationship the strongest it can be and making sure when they do get married that it is forever. They don’t want any option for a spilt or divorce,” a source explained to Hollywood Life on August 25.

Currently, Miley Cyrus is in the midst of production on the 11th season of The Voice. While Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera had been alternating roles as coach for the past few seasons, neither woman returned for Season 11 and Pharrell Williams has also not been seen. Instead, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine have been joined by Cyrus and Alicia Keys for the series’ first two male, two female season.
As Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth prepare to take the next step in their relationship, the Hollywood Life source claimed they have committed themselves to doing whatever it takes to get their relationship to the healthiest place possible prior to their I dos.
“They want to be in the best place they can be to make sure they have a successful marriage since we all know their previous troubles. And so far everything is working out great and moving towards what they both want,” the insider said.
As for where Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth will get married, a Radar Online report earlier this summer suggested they would wed in not one, but two wedding ceremonies.
“They are going to have a beach wedding in L.A., followed by another ceremony in Australia,” said the source.
