Lindsay Lohan Demands $860,000 And A Sit-Down With Russian President

Lindsay Lohan may have broken up with Egor Tarabasov, but that doesn’t mean the Russian businessman is completely out of her life as of yet, especially when the Russian media is still interested in the love affair gone wrong. People still want the inside scoop, but if they really want it, they’re going to have to pay for it. At least, that seems to be Lindsay’s way of thinking. Lohan was contacted about appearing on the Russian talk show Let Them Talk and, in response, Lindsay provided them with a laundry list of demands to secure her appearance.

Lindsay Lohan Wants A Meeting With Vladimir Putin

When Ms. Lohan provided her list of demands for appearing as a guest on the Russian talk show, producers were not amused to say the least, and according to the Hollywood Reporter, they weren’t the only ones annoyed by Lindsay’s demands. A contract sent from Lohan’s attorney to Channel One, the largest television network in Russia, was intercepted by Life.ru, an area tabloid, making Lindsay’s demands public knowledge.

Lindsay’s requests in exchange for her appearance consist of a one-time payment of $860,000. That might seem like more than adequate compensation, but Ms. Lohan is only getting started. She also insists on “full and effective security” for the duration of her stay in Russia, along with a “fully paid suite at the Ritz Carlton.”

Another stipulation would prevent the network from hosting Egor Tarabasov in any kind of interview for at least 12 months of Lindsay’s appearance. It seems Ms. Lohan doesn’t want to rehash any drama by leaving the opportunity open for Tarabasov to refute whatever Lindsay may say on the air.

Finally, Andrey Malakhov, the talk show’s host, says Lohan also wants a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, though no official request was made in the contract for that stipulation.

“I don’t know what she wanted to discuss with him, probably Amur tigers or issues of people suffering from drug abuse,” Malakhov says.

The talk show host also suggested the show’s producers might take Lohan more seriously, if she lowered her expectations. He says Lindsay should reconsider her demands and ask for more reasonable compensation.

Lindsay Lohan Kept The Ring

She may have switched fingers, but Us Weekly reveals that Lindsay is still wearing that big, emerald shiner given to her as an engagement ring by ex-fiance Egor Tarabasov. The picture in which Lohan sports that ring also shows her wearing the diamond ring she had been spotted buying during her last European trip with Tarabasov, just prior to that very public beach fight.

Much of the drama between Lindsay and Egor has become a public affair, not because of prying paparazzi, but because the former couple repeatedly fought in public settings. In spite of such displays, Lindsay took to Instagram, prior to her split from Tarabasov, to request that fans and the media respect their privacy.

“I would appreciate if these speculations regarding my personal life would respectfully come to a halt,” Lohan captioned a photo of a heart-shaped cloud. “Unfortunately, a private matter has become more public than I can control and I would be extremely grateful if my fiance and myself could discuss our personal matters on our own.”

Currently, it’s not clear if the split from Tarabasov is permanent or just a pause in the relationship. Lindsay’s Instagram post featuring the engagement ring seems to align with what sources close to her are saying in regard to Egor and Lohan simply taking a break, but the sudden absence of any pictures of Egor on Lindsay’s Instagram page seems to indicate a more long-term separation.
