Jenelle Evans’ Ex Arrested For Domestic Violence: Will Pregnancy And Charges Affect Custody?

Jenelle Evans has revealed several times that she has completely moved on from her ex-boyfriend and Kaiser’s father, Nathan Griffith. Even though the two dated for a while on Teen Mom, the two suddenly broke up when Jenelle learned that Nathan had been cheating on her. Luckily for Evans, she quickly found love with David Eason, and they appear to have a very relaxing and calming relationship compared to some of her previous flings. And Jenelle may be thanking her lucky stars for getting out of her relationship with Griffith, as he continues to get himself into trouble. As it turns out, he can now add another mugshot to his collection.

According to a new Radar Online report, Jenelle Evans‘ ex-boyfriend was arrested in South Carolina yesterday. Apparently, this time, the cops arrested him for burglary and domestic violence. This is happening just months after Nathan ripped Jenelle apart on the Teen Mom reunion, where he called her a bad mother and slammed her for gaining weight. Now, he’s finding himself behind bars.

Radar Online reveals that Nathan has been charged with first-degree burglary and criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravate nature. Just two months ago, Jenelle Evans’ ex was also arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct. He split with his recent girlfriend, Jessica Henry, about a month ago, so no word on who he was being violent towards that sparked the domestic violence charges.

Nathan and Jenelle Evans recently reached a custody agreement with little Kaiser, where he gets to see his son on certain weekends. Luckily, Griffith didn’t have his son this weekend. Based on his violent behavior, Jenelle may go back to court and get supervised visitation until Nathan gets some help to control his anger.

Evans doesn’t appear to care too much about this arrest. Maybe Jenelle expected that he would mess up sooner rather than later because she hasn’t said much about the arrest. Instead, she recently made headlines for being in a car accident. The accident itself didn’t cause much concern, but the police report reveals that one of the passengers was 10 weeks pregnant, and people quickly assumed it was Jenelle.

“The passenger in vehicle #1 stated that she is at least (10) weeks pregnant and complained of abdominal pain,” the report reads from the car accident, according to Us Weekly. “She was transported for treatment to [a local hospital].”

“Wow, these past 3 days have been the most stressful of my life. Guess everything happens in 3’s, right?!” Jenelle tweeted after the car accident happened, according to Us Weekly, revealing that she’s tired of her life being blasted around the internet like gossip.

“I don’t understand what is ‘disappointing’ or ‘sad,'” Jenelle replied to some people after she ignored the pregnancy comments in the police report, according to Us Weekly. “Why not ask if I’m ok from the car accident?! Why not be concerned about my health?! I want privacy. All of you disgust me. It’s all about gossip these days… Funny someone else comes out with news they are pregnant and the world is overjoyed. And everyone wonders why I’m so private lately?! all of you are up my ass and so nosey it’s unbelievable.”

Back in May, Jenelle denied being pregnant, revealing that she’s very happy with where she is in life and had no plans of having kids. She also revealed that she was eating a lot more these days, which could explain her bigger belly.

“For everyone asking… No I’m not pregnant and no not engaged,” Jenelle has previously revealed a few months ago, according to Us Weekly. “Happy where I am in life and comfortable so I’ve been eating a lot more lol. And speaking on that note time to get ready and head off to the gym.”
