An innocent kangaroo was the victim of a horrific murder when it was deliberately struck by a vehicle and then tortured repeatedly by being stabbed and burned with a cigarette, until the attackers finally stomped on its head until it was decapitated. The incident happened in South Australia on Friday June, 10th.
According to News Limited, a gang of demented thugs purposely hit the kangaroo as it attempted to cross the road. The individuals involved then exited the vehicle and grabbed the kangaroo before it could get away. As they held it down, the assailants burned the kangaroo with their cigarettes and stabbed it repeatedly with a knife. The pain caused by the torture was excruciating for the kangaroo and was all captured via Snapchat and posted online for the world to view.
When the men were finally bored with torturing the kangaroo, they decided to end its misery by stomping on its head until it was decapitated, finally ending the horrific suffering.

According to the Mirror, wildlife authorities are searching for the gang of thugs in an attempt to bring justice to the demented case of animal abuse. Andrea Lewis of the South Australian RSPCA has stated she will not stop until the gang is apprehended and charged for their demented crime.
“RSPCA South Australia is calling for information regarding a serious cruelty allegation.”
Lewis made sure to reveal that the videos and images were shared on Snapchat, hoping someone may have seen something or have a username that can be investigated further. Snapchat allows short clips to be posted for 1-10 seconds before disappearing from view. It is hoped that someone took a screen shot of the incident or knows the individuals that were involved and is willing to come forward with information.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident, has viewed the video or has copies or screenshots of the video, or has any additional information, is asked to contact the RSPCA South Australia’s 24-hour cruelty hotline on 1300 4 777 22.”

The South Australian RSPCA hopes that the thugs are apprehended before they can enact the horrific animal cruelty again, or potentially choose to attempt their heinous acts of torture on a human being as well.
Due to an influx of tips, a 17-year-old teen was interviewed, but it is unsure if he was part of the crime or if he simply has knowledge that might lead to the apprehension.
“A 17-year-old from the southern suburbs has been interviewed in relation to the ongoing investigation, and RSPCA Inspectors are seeking additional information to assist their investigation.”
When the murderous attackers are apprehended, each is expected to be charged with aggravated animal cruelty. The charge comes with penalties of up to four years in jail and fines reaching up to $50,000 (AUD). It is expected that each of the male thugs will be charged to the fullest extent.
Lewis is hoping news of the incident will reach worldwide, in hopes that someone saw the Snapchat images and video and will report any information they may have.
Anyone with information that lives outside of South Australia is asked to share the information via email or by contacting them on social media.
The horrific incident is disgusting and the unnecessary violence will not be tolerated if the South Australian RSPCA is successful in apprehending the thugs.
