‘The 100’ Season 4: Not Everyone Wants To Spend Their Last Days On Earth Fighting [Spoilers]

The 100 Season 4 premiere is still a long way off. The CW network will not air new episodes until early 2017. However, small spoilers are already being released. The latest information is that not everyone will be interested in spending their last days fighting. Some characters will choose to live whatever life they have left to the fullest.

There are spoilers for The 100 Season 4 below. If you do not want to know what to expect, then stop reading.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, ALIE (Erica Cerra) was telling Clarke (Eliza Taylor) the truth about the nuclear crisis. In six months, 96 percent of the world will be uninhabitable. It was revealed that Clarke will hesitate to share this news with the Sky Crew. However, she has to and they have a right to know that the second apocalypse is coming. At Comic-Con 2016, showrunner Jason Rothenberg teased that it cannot be stopped. However, there are not enough lifeboats, which means that not everyone will have a chance to survive it. This brings up a lot of questions, including who gets to decide who lives and who dies in The 100 Season 4.

Recently, it was revealed by Showbiz Junkies that Octavia Blake (Marie Avgeropoulos) will be a killing machine when the post-apocalyptic TV show returns. Killing Pike (Michael Beach) last season did not make her feel better. However, she realizes that killing is her skill and even joins a new group in Season 4. Rothenberg teased that not everyone will be interested in spending their last days fighting, according to Zap2It.

“Once this thing lands in their lives as a reality — that they’re all going to die in six months — we will see some people say, ‘You know what, enough fighting, I just want to live life to its fullest,’ and those people will sing.”

Octavia obviously will not be one of those people. It is also unlikely that Clarke will sing. She will probably be more focused on saving the Sky Crew, which is what she always does. It is unknown which characters will decide to live life to the fullest, but Octavia and Clarke are definitely out. Chances are that Bellamy Blake (Bob Morley) also won’t be singing. He will have a lot of guilt about what he did in Season 3. At Comic-Con, Rothenberg teased that fans shouldn’t count on him being fully redeemed next season either. Bellamy doesn’t feel he deserves to be saved and some fans might agree.

Other spoilers for The 100 Season 4 include the introduction of new characters, including a few Grounders. There will even be a new Grounder clan, according to Christian Daily. They are called Trishana, the Growing Forest Clan. The publication teased that Clarke actually ended up in Trishana territory in the first season. Fans may recall seeing a brightly lit forest. That belongs to the particular Grounder clan, but it is unknown if they will be allies or enemies.

Also, expect a lot of the Grounders to be angry with the Sky Crew, especially Clarke. At the comic book convention, Eliza Taylor hinted that they wouldn’t be happy that they have their pain back. That’s right, they won’t be thanking Clarke for saving them from ALIE and the City of Light. Whether it starts a war or not is still under debate.

As for Clarke’s romantic life, don’t expect her to find love again, at least not right away. She was in love with Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and it was a real love. It will take her time to get over that and she should not jump into another relationship right now.

What do you think is going to happen in The 100 Season 4? Which characters will be living life to the fullest instead of fighting until the end? Will any of them survive the nuclear disaster that is coming?
