‘Basketball Wives LA’ Star, Malaysia Pargo, Moves On From NBA Players, Debuts New Rapper Boyfriend, O.T. Genasis
Malaysia Pargo has a new man. After a lengthy separation and divorce from NBA baller Jannero Pargo, it looks like the Basketball Wives LA star is shying away from athletes and looking for love with musicians instead. There have been rumors for some time that Malaysia was dating rapper O.T. Genasis, but she might have confirmed the new relationship on social media recently.
Malaysia and Jannero split in 2014. The demise of their marriage played out over several episodes of BBWLA, but Malaysia took her time getting back to dating after leaving her husband. Although Malaysia has talked about dating during the previous VH1 reality show season, she has been slow to jump back in the pool and even denied rumors that she was paired up with Mally Mall.

As for O.T. Genasis, it looks like Malaysia Pargo isn’t denying anything. For starters, her divorce is final and the divorce settlement came out very much in her favor. The Inquisitr previously reported that the Pargo divorce settlement was finalized just months ago and Malaysia made out pretty well. She got literally half of everything Jannero Pargo had coming, including his NBA retirement, and a pretty hefty child support amount too.
Now that Malaysia is a free woman, she has been very freely sharing pictures of her new man on Snapchat and Instagram. The first clue that Pargo was coupled up with O.T. Genasis comes from all the times she has referred to him as her baby in several snaps.
Malaysia Pargo and O.T. Genasis were seen on vacation in St. Maarten for her birthday recently. The Basketball Wives LA star turned 36-years-old on August 12, and her new rapper boyfriend was by her side to celebrate. Malaysia revealed that her new man surprised her during the trip by bringing along a few of her friends, including BBWLA bestie Brandi Maxiell, according to a recent Enstarz report.
Malaysia seems pretty happy with her new man and has even said as much on social media. During her St. Maarten birthday bash, she posted a picture of herself in a hot white bikini. In the caption, Pargo commented on the beautiful views of the island and then said that her man is “another story” when she hashtagged the photo with “#myking.”
Will there be wedding bells for Malaysia Pargo and O.T. Genasis? It sure looks like the Basketball Wives LA beauty is really feeling her man. It’s unknown just how long they have been dating each other and Malaysia is often quiet about her relationships. She’s looking pretty serious with her rapper boyfriend right now, though. It wouldn’t be too surprising if she was ready to move on from the drama of the Jannero Pargo divorce and into a much better marriage with someone like O.T. Genasis.
Now fans may be wondering if Malaysia will be bringing her new man on her VH1 reality show Basketball Wives LA. Considering how quiet she likes to stay about many parts of her personal life, we’re betting probably not. Then again, others have brought their “boos” on the show in the past and it certainly would make things more interesting. There’s only so much feuding that fans can take and so far this season, Pargo’s feuds with Angel Brinks and Angel Love seem to be taking the cake. Malaysia has even talked recently about her old BBWLA feud with Draya Michele, who isn’t even on the show anymore. If they were to feature a bit of romance, it really might shake things up a bit.
