Ashleigh Kenny sparks controversy over t-shirt

Meet Ashleigh Kenny, a Georgia College student that has sparked a debate in the United States over a slogan on a t-shirt.
The t-shirt, presented by Ashleigh to Rep. Jack Kingston, reads “R.I.P. The U.S. Constitution” on the front, and “In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem” on the back.
“Our government is getting too big. How big can be debated, but the truth is, the government is bigger than the people. Therefore, the constitution is under attack. No matter which way you look at it, it is” Ashleigh Kenny told local media.
Kenny has (naturally) polarized political blogs; left wing blogs are calling her a fringe activist, vs many on the right holding her up a a champion for the cause. A local TV report as follows:
