Kaylor Lives: Karlie Kloss Wants Everyone To Know She’s Team Taylor

Karlie Kloss is not happy with the way the media handled her recent interview, which addressed the infamous Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian feud. She wants everyone to know that she’s on team Taylor Swift, no matter what.

It was clear that Karlie Kloss, 24, did not want to take sides when she was asked about her best friend’s ongoing feud with Kim Kardashian, 35, and her husband Kanye West, 39, in a latest interview with the Sunday Times style section. Kloss took to Twitter to clear up any confusion with the interview, according to a report via People.

“I will not allow the media to misconstrue my words,” she tweeted on late Monday night. “Taylor always had my back and I will always have hers.”

But, that’s not all that she wrote. Kloss followed up with a statement that sounded eerily familiar to something Taylor Swift tweeted before.

“And I will never be the girl that you can use to pit women against each other. That isn’t me.”

Taylor Swift used the pit women against other women argument in her brief Twitter feud with rapper Nicki Minaj last year.

But, let’s get back to the issue at hand. Kloss weighed in her thoughts on the feud between Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift in an interview with the publication. She appeared flabbergasted by the question and stumbled over her words when she was asked if she thinks the 35-year-old reality star is a “good person,” as previously reported on Vanity Fair.

“Ha…you know…I…I…I think she’s been a lovely person to me in the past,” she started to tell the magazine. “Look, I really don’t know her that well.”

Then, she went on to bring up the other important women in her life. It seemed liked Kloss was saying she was closer to her female relatives than the famous pop star.

Kloss added that “My closest friends, really, are my sisters and my mum.”

Fans were confused by the comments that were about Swift’s feud with Kimye over Kanye West’s new track “Famous,” in which he calls the singer “that b****.” Their feud reignited when Kim Kardashian took to Snapchat to release the videos of Swift approving the lyrics talking about him having sex with her, at one point she calls a compliment.

But, Swift was not happy with Kardashian’s Snapchat unveiling, she took to Instagram to reveal she was blindsided by the “b****” lyric in the song.

“Being falsely painted as a liar when I was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination,” she wrote in a lengthy post on Instagram.

Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift have been good friends for years and were introduced to each other by Victoria’s Secret model Lily Aldridge. Kloss was one of the many famous friends who starred in Swift’s music video for “Bad Blood” last year. Swift recently sang at Kloss’ 24th birthday party in the Hamptons earlier this month with rapper Nelly. She also took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of the two while wishing her friend a happy birthday.

“I LOVE YOU KARLIE! You’re such an exquisite person, always trying to make things better for others. Every day I’m inspired by how giving, loving and thoughtful you are.”

Then, Kloss tweeted a photo of a beautiful sunset, a bouquet of flowers, and Swift smiling on her iPad screen.
