Heather Dubrow Slammed For Fake Crying: ‘RHOC’ Star Explains Why She Broke Down

Heather Dubrow decided to go to Tamra Judge’s party on last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, even though she wasn’t exactly thrilled to be around Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson. Heather knew that there was some drama between the ladies, but she didn’t realize that it would result in a full-out fight in a sushi restaurant. When the fight turned ugly, Heather decided to walk out of the drama because she said that the ladies suffocated her. Even though Dubrow is a strong woman, who can usually calm people down, she was actually the one who completely broke down on the way home.

According to a new tweet, Heather Dubrow is now defending her actions, as she called her husband on the way home from the car. On the phone, she completely broke down, trying to explain to her husband what had happened between them. Heather was completely shocked that Kelly would call Shannon a bad name, but it was surprising that she broke down and cried to her husband in the car. While the episode aired, Dubrow revealed that it was her natural response, so she isn’t making any apologies for her crying.

“Look — it was just my natural response to the evening. Trust me — would have rather have been composed,” Heather Dubrow revealed on Twitter as the episode was airing, but many people thought that Dubrow’s crying was fake and possibly planned.

“Was It Me Or Was Heather Dubrow Cry In The Car After The Sushi Party The Fakest Thing To Ever Happen On #RHOC,” one person questioned, to which Dubrow replied, “Plz. You think I wanted to cry? With that gross vein popping out? Had a visceral response to the ugliness.”

The crying did seem to come out of nowhere. During the party, Heather Dubrow told Vicki Gunvalson that she had not apologized for her behavior and Dubrow did walk away from the party when it became too much. She wasn’t involved in the drama and yet, she was the one crying in the car. Many people assumed she was acting and Kelly Dodd did say that Heather was trying to make the fight all about her.

“Trust me, if I was acting – I would have cried cuter… That vein in my head was no good…,” Heather replied to another harsh comment, but some people were very understanding of her crying, with one person writing, “I got [choked] up watching u cry to Terry! I felt your pain. You so badly wanted to defend your friends against verbal abuse!”

The crying may have been shocking to people because Heather is usually a strong person. Out of all the ladies, fans may not have picked Dubrow to be the one crying at the end of the night. Even though Kelly did try to slam Heather Dubrow during the party, Dodd did have some words for Shannon Beador a few weeks ago.

“She projects an air of superiority that rubs me that wrong way. She said she thought she was there to help me and to get an apology. I was willing to give her one, but she never owned up to being complicit to gossiping and making up lies about me,” Kelly wrote in her blog for The Real Housewives of Orange County, according to Bravo, adding, “You have to be a very accomplished and confident liar to challenge me to look you in the eyes as you continue to tell your lies.”
