Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Ban Kardashians From Everything Taylor Swift-Related
Kim Kardashian is making sure her famous family members know that they’re either with her or against her when it comes to her and Kanye West’s notorious feud with Taylor Swift.
According to a new report by Radar Online, Kim and Kanye have issued a “blanket ban” on all things Taylor for her family and that even includes listening to Swift’s music.
A source alleged to the site that Kardashian’s big ban actually came about after Kim recently scolded sister Kourtney after she played Taylor’s songs during a playdate between their daughters, North and Penelope.
“This happened after Kim and North were at a recent playdate at Kourtney’s with Penelope,” the Kardashian insider said of Kardashian’s blanket Taylor ban, alleging that both Kim and Kourtney’s daughters are actually fans of Swift’s music.
Radar Online’s insider admitted that Kourtney was willing to play Taylor’s music for Penelope and North despite her sister and brother-in-law’s feud, but Kim made it pretty clear that her sister and the rest of Kardashian clan should not be buying into anything related to Swift.
“Kim tore into Kourtney for playing Taylor’s songs to the girls,” the site source claimed, admitting that Kim then told her sister that “she should be more loyal.”
“Kim and Kanye are so proud of taking down Taylor,” the insider continued of the feud, “so they’ll be damned before they give that treacherous woman time or a dime.”
The report comes just weeks after it was reported that the Kardashian and Jenner clan were all taking sides following Kim and Kanye’s feud with the pop star, including Swift’s former friend Kendall Jenner.
Hollywood Life reported last month that Kim Kardashian’s half-sister Kendall, who was previously reported to be close to Taylor, was shunned from the star’s annual Fourth of July party just weeks before Kardashian sensationally leaked footage of a past phone call Swift and West had on Snapchat.
But it sounds like Jenner, who has been absent at Swift’s celebrations in the past, made it known that she was standing by West and Kardashian.
“Kendall would not have gone to Taylor’s party, even if she had been invited,” an insider confirmed. “Family always comes first and Kanye is family.”
“[Kendall] didn’t have to make any big decision because she was not invited,” Hollywood Life continued, admitting that Jenner actually wasn’t too bothered that Taylor did not extend an invitation for her to attend.
“Kendall doesn’t care at all that she wasn’t invited. She found a deal for her to get paid to stay in a Malibu beach house, so she was more than happy,” the site claimed. “She’d rather make money than go to a party at Taylor’s anyway.”
Just days after Swift shunned Kendall from her Fourth of July bash, E! News reported that Kardashian took West’s past feud drama with Taylor to the next level, leaking footage of their “Famous” phone call.
Kim’s family were quick to throw their support behind Kardashian and her husband, with a slew of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality stars making it known they were on team Kim on social media amid the feud.
“I’m dying,” Kardashian wrote on Twitter after Kim leaked the phone call footage following the July 17 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, adding, “Kim is a savage! Don’t f*** with her man hunni #KUWTK.”
Seventeen reported that Kylie Jenner also appeared to show her support for Kardashian and West through her world-famous lip kits.
Just days after Kardashian very publicly slammed Swift and reignited their feud, Jenner took to Instagram to show the world her newest lip shade, “Exposed.”
