‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Freed After Sage’s Missing Diary Pages Prove Constance Wasn’t Killed, Guilt-Ridden Gabriel Ran Over Delia?

The Young and the Restless tease that we may soon find out who really killed Delia, a mystery that has plagued the fictitious town of Genoa City since 2013. Chloe will find out that Adam didn’t kill her daughter and doesn’t deserve to be in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. She will apologize for not only trying to kill him last year but also framing him to spend the rest of his life in prison.

For three years, The Young and the Restless fans have debated whether Adam was responsible for Delia’s death. The show didn’t clearly display if he hit her, only that he felt guilty. Part of the doubt is because Adam’s eyesight is not the best, which strangely was never brought up in his trial. He hid the evidence (her scarf lodged in his SUV tire) because he panicked that Genoa City would use this to crucify him. Let’s be honest; Genoa City has not been kind to Adam Newman in the past.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that when Adam felt a small bump on that night, it was something that changed the Newman and Abbott family’s lives forever. Adam claimed he didn’t see Delia. He saw Dash, Delia’s dog, run off, so he assumed everything was fine. It was later that evening that Adam learned that sweet Delia was hit by a car and passed away. Immediately, he was consumed with guilt because he assumed that he killed her. For years, The Young and the Restless fans argued that someone else hit Delia and Adam was wrongfully accused. One of the theories that won’t rest is that Gabriel Bingham hit Delia before he died saving Adam’s life.

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Sage could have known about Gabriel’s involvement in Delia’s death, and would do anything to protect him. She told Adam that Gabe was the love of her life, and it is hard to see him with his face because they were “so different.”Sage often put Gabriel on a pedestal and believed that he did nothing wrong. She developed a strong bond to Adam, but it was a complicated relationship because, in many ways, she felt he “took” Gabe from her.

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Sage could have let Adam take the fall for Delia’s death to protect Gabriel “good name.” He was a playboy and got booted from board school for bad behavior. It seems likely that Sage’s reasoning was simple: she was trying to protect Constance Bingham from getting (unnecessarily) upset because she had a heart condition.

Even when she got to know Adam, it didn’t prompt a confession out of Sage. Maybe she wanted to protect his memory, or it was a distant memory for her. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that her son, Christian, may not be Nick’s son, but Adam’s child. If that’s true, then it entirely possible Delia’s death and Christian’s paternity bombshell could come out and be intertwined in some way.

That takes us back to Chloe. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Chloe has spent years hating Adam for a crime he may not have committed. You would think that Chloe would have read Sage’s missing diary pages, and if Delia’s real killer is listed, she would know the truth. Is it possible that Chloe knows Adam is innocent and refuses to admit she was wrong all these years? The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Victor has the missing diary pages in his possession, and he will decide who to pin Constance’s “murder” on to free Adam from prison, Soap Central reports.

The Young and the Restless fans, do you think Adam killed Delia? If not, who do you think ran her over? Who do you think Victor will pin Constance’s murder on so Adam can walk away from prison?
