‘Days Of Our Lives’: Patsy Pease On Kim Donovan’s Return – Will ‘DOOL’ Character Be At Brady And Theresa’s Wedding? [Spoilers]

Days Of Our Lives will not return for more than a week due to the Olympics. However, there are still plenty of DOOL spoilers to keep viewers updated. What will happen in the new season of the NBC soap opera? Recently, Pasty Pease spoke about her return.

There are Days Of Our Lives spoilers ahead. If you do not want to know what to expect when the soap opera airs new episodes, then stop reading.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley) will continue with their plans to walk down the aisle. However, the wedding is on hold until baby Tate is found, which will happen soon.

In an interview with CBS Soaps In Depth, Martsolf teased that that DOOL fans should prepare for some major drama. This was confirmed in a preview clip released by NBC, which shows the return of three former villains and one of them attacks Theresa. Sadly, Jen Lilley’s character was getting ready to marry Brady when Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) shows up and begins to strangle the young mother.

In addition to Clyde Weston (James Read), Xander Cook, and Orpheus (George DelHoyo) returning to Days Of Our Lives, there are other familiar faces that will come back to Salem. One of them is Patsy Pease, who played Kim Donovan on the NBC soap opera. In an interview with Soap Opera Spy, the actress spoke about returning to DOOL.

Fans have been wondering if Kim and Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) will attend Brady and Theresa’s wedding. Pease told the website that she doesn’t believe so. Patsy and Charles are supposed to appear on television screens in November or December 2016, which is around the time that Jen Lilley will be last seen as Theresa on Day Of Our Lives. The wedding to Brady will reportedly take place after Tate is found in late August, but before winter arrives.

What else did Pease have to say about her return to Days Of Our Lives? Well, she will appear in around 10 episodes. As for what brings Kim and Shane back to Salem, the actress couldn’t say. However, she did reveal that it is a “powerful” season of wonderful stories.

As DOOL fans know, there are a lot of theories regarding Lilley leaving the NBC soap opera. Some believe Theresa will die on Days Of Our Lives, could fall into a coma, or may take Tate and leave Salem for good. However, the last speculation doesn’t sound likely since Brady will not want to be so far away from his son… a child he not only lost once, but twice in a year. Is it possible that the long-running series may recast Theresa Donovan like they did with Kate Mansi’s character, Abigail Devereaux?

Other DOOL spoilers include Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) getting arrested for conspiracy to kidnap his grandson, Tate. However, he is later seen at Brady and Theresa’s wedding, so he must get cleared. Did Deimos Kiriakis (Vincent Irizarry) set him up, like Sonny (Freddie Smith) believes? How does Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) fit into all of this if it was a setup? Nicole is currently dating Deimos while Chloe is pregnant with his child.
