Dina Lohan’s Dr. Phil interview saw LiLo’s controversial mom in truly bizarre fashion. Many viewers believed her to be drunk during the interview, but Dina herself blamed her strange behavior on selective editing. Still, she’s reportedly begging Dr. Phil for a do-over.

In the Dr. Phil interview, Dina Lohan was in a giggly, kooky mood and apparently had trouble forming complete sentences. Many, including ex Michael Lohan, said that DiLo was “straight up drunk” in the interview, reports MSN. Dina has been fighting criticisms of intoxication ever since, telling TMZ that editing, not libation, was the cause of her odd appearance.

 “I don’t care what it looks like. I’m fine and I don’t care what anyone says,” she explained. “All people saw was two minutes edited of an hour long interview. Of course they cut it to make it interesting. That’s their job. I don’t blame them for doing that. Some of the comments were taken out of context but I’m fine. I’m fine.”

Now, TMZ is reporting that Dina is begging Dr. Phil for a second interview. She says that she was extremely emotional during the interview, and that she was taken off-guard by questions about Lindsay’s drug habits and Michael Lohan’s alleged abuse. As the snarky gossip site wisely asks, how could she not expect those things to come up?

Regardless, Dina’s Dr. Phil do-over will help her prove to audiences that she’s not “the worst mother in America.” With respect, it’s going to take a lot more than an interview.
