Gwen Stefani ‘Jealous’ Miley Cyrus Is Getting ‘Flirty’ With Blake Shelton

Gwen Stefani is allegedly “jealous” of Miley Cyrus and the time she’s spending with Blake Shelton.

A new report by Life & Style is alleging that Gwen has a touch of the green-eyed monster when it comes to Miley and is supposedly “jealous” that Cyrus has been spending so much time with Blake on the set of Season 11 of The Voice.

Despite Cyrus recently reconciling her romance with rumored fiancé Liam Hemsworth, a source told the site this week that Stefani is “jealous” and worried that Miley could get a little too “flirty” with Shelton while the two are in close quarters, as they both serve as coaches on the NBC singing show.

“Gwen trusts Blake, but she knows Miley can be very, very flirty,” the site claimed of Gwen’s worries.

An insider alleged that Stefani was so worried about Blake and Miley getting flirty that she supposedly “plans on being on set as much as possible” as soon as she closes out her “This Is What The Truth Feels Like tour” in October.

The report comes shortly after Life & Style claimed that Stefani feared that Shelton’s friendly demeanour could be misconstrued by Miley, despite her relationship with Hemsworth.

“Blake [Shelton] is friendly to everyone, and Gwen wants to make sure that Miley doesn’t misinterpret that as something else,” the magazine reported of Stefani’s worries about Cyrus. “Gwen wants to make sure Miley stays in her lane and doesn’t get flirty with Blake.”

But despite the reports suggesting there could be a bizarre love triangle forming between Miley, Gwen and Blake, Gossip Cop is shooting down the jealousy claims, reporting that there’s “no truth” to rumors suggesting that Stefani is “jealous” of Blake’s The Voice relationship with Cyrus.

And it looks like Miley is also making it known that she’s not about to get too friendly with Stefani’s man, as Cyrus recently admitted that she’s actually looking to “destroy” Shelton when the new season of The Voice kicks off in September.

Hollywood Life shared a snippet of the recently revealed promotional spot for the coming season, which showed newbies Miley and Alicia Keys declaring war on Shelton and his fellow veteran coach Adam Levine.

“We have come to destroy you!” Miley Cyrus tells Gwen Stefani’s boyfriend in the clip.

But while Cyrus looks set to take her new role on The Voice pretty seriously, it was recently revealed that Blake Shelton is actually pretty desperate to get Gwen, who appeared as a coach during Season 9, back on board once the current cycle wraps.

“[Blake] is already asking them to bring [Gwen] back for Season 12 and Season 11 hasn’t even started yet!” an insider recently revealed of Shelton’s plans to get back together with Stefani on the set.

NBC are yet to confirm who will be back for Season 12, but did confirm prior to the big announcement that Miley and Alicia would be joining the show that everyone, including Blake, “loves” Stefani.

“We’d love to see Gwen back. She’s a great friend of this network, we love her,” NBC president Paul Telegdy recently told E! News of Stefani, “the audience loves her, lots of people love her.”

Blake and Gwen haven’t exactly been shy about what The Voice means to them and their relationship, as Shelton even recalled how his and Stefani’s relationship blossomed on the set of the show in a recent interview with Billboard.

Blake admitted earlier this year that he “never really got to know” Gwen when they first appeared alongside each other, but they bonded after he broke the news of his divorce from Miranda Lambert at the same time Stefani was splitting from Gavin Rossdale.

“I won’t forget that day,” Shelton revealed of the day he told Stefani about his divorce. “I looked over at Gwen — who I didn’t really know — and she had these huge tears in her eyes. I thought, ‘Wow, she feels super bad for me!'”
